Country retreat -Private Room/Entrance<br>Bradenton/Parrish/Lakewood Ranch

Quiet with lots of privacy. Beautiful view on a 4 acre property. A rarity in this area. Extra large private room and bathroom with PRIVATE ENTRANCE. The room is part of the house but secluded from the main house. Super clean and spacious. The room is equiped with a queen size bed with a dresser and night stands. We border Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and 20 minutes to Downtown Bradenton and Sarasota University Town Center. We are 15 min to the nearest beach, 10 min to the Bradenton Speedway, 20 min to Sarasota Airport, and 11 miles to the nearest hospital. Close to several wedding venues, i.e. 5 minutes to Baker's Ranch and 10 minutes to The Barn at Lone Oak Acres.

Vanessa was very welcoming and accommodating. The room is cozy and comfortable. Private bath is not en-suite, but is down the hallway.

Danny and Vanessa are wonderful hosts and the accommodations and property are fantastic! I stayed in the room attached to the back of their home. It is very clean and well maintained. It has a private entrance and a patio from which you can view their lovely property. Be sure to say hello to the cow and goat that feed on the grass behind the fence of this property! I would certainly recommend this location to anyone.

This is the best vrbo I have ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean. Vanessa met me when I arrived and showed me everything. Quiet location. Great for a single person or couple. Comfortable bed and nice TV. I give it 5 stars!!

Peaceful

We stayed here while in the area for a race at Bradenton Motorsports Park. It was nice having a clean, peaceful place to shower and rest at the end of a long, hot day. The room had everything we needed and more. We had good communication with the owner checking to see if we required anything before and during our stay.

Perfect getaway

Really nice location for the Freedom Factory and drag strip. The driveway can be a little tricky during high traffic times. Clean bedding and cold AC. Vanessa and the cats were awesome.

Why pay beach prices?

Great alternative for those who don't need the hustle and congestion of Siesta Key or downtown Sarasota. Quick, 30 minute drive to these locations and more! Hostess is there if you need something. Quiet for those who need a good night's sleep.

Vanessa and Danny were excellent hosts. Bedroom and bathroom perfect. Access to laundry. You need to supply your own laundry detergent - HEI type. Manatee River launch 1/2 mile south. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and 3 kids live on the property along with our small Yorkie and two cats. I worked for many years with seniors as a social worker. I retired early to take care of my children and hosting guests. My husband was a chemist and now works for himself as a handyman. We always strive to find more time to be with our kids knowing they will grow up and move away before we know it. We decided to work for ourself to give more time to our kids. We enjoy hosting and making sure our guests are comfortable during their stay. We take pride making our place clean, welcoming, and comfortable for our guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is in an area that has a nice mixture of homes with acreage and HOA communities. There is an outlet mall nearby with many places to eat. We are half a mile to the Manatee River where you can launch a boat or go kayaking or canoeing. Our property is one of few properties left that have acreage.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property is beautifully landscaped, private, and quiet. Our guests are welcome to walk around the propert and off the property to the nearby park and river.
