Little Cottage at the Coast - Oregon Beach Vacations

Welcome to Little Cottage at the Coast, located in sunny Seaside! This cozy beach home offers two bedrooms, two baths. You'll find the beach a couple blocks away to the west of the home, where you can take a nice stroll along the beach.

Upon entering the Cozy Beach Cottage, you'll find yourself in an open, yet cozy concept area containing the living room, and nice sitting area. The living space offers guests a comfy sofa and chair to relax in after a long day of driving or exploring! There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, so feel free to throw a bag of popcorn in the microwave and enjoy a late-night movie together. You'll also have Wi-Fi while staying at your vacation home. The dining area is right off the kitchen, which is a built-in seating nook, with windows on each side. You can step outside the kitchen door to a lovely outdoor deck, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner on the picnic table.

The kitchen has everything you need to make some homemade meals during your stay in Seaside Beach. You'll have access to plenty of silverware and dishware, as well as an oven/stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave (these last two items are located in the garage). A washer and dryer is located just off the second bathroom area, so you can wash any wet or sandy clothes before heading home!

The first bedroom contains a private bathroom and one queen bed. There is also a flat screen TV for you to enjoy before heading off to sleep. The bathroom offers a shower.

Head through the hallway and you will find the second bathroom, right between the kitchen and the second bedroom. This bedroom offers two twin-size beds.

While staying in Seaside, you'll have plenty to see and do. The Pacific Ocean is a short walk away, where you and your family can explore the sandy shores or go surfing. Just be sure to bring a surfboard with you, or you can rent one from the nearest surf shop in town! There are plenty of shops and restaurants to try located along historic Highway 101. Tillamook is a short drive south, where you can explore the Cheese Factory and grab lunch and dessert. Book a stay at this cozy beauty with Oregon Beach Vacations today!

The property was sweet and clean!! Such a great little place, close to the beach and close to downtown. Felt very safe and enjoyed our visit. The pans could have been better but we enjoyed eating out. Nonni’s 1st night and Iggys the next night!

The little cottage worked perfect for the four of us. Location was perfect and close to everything. The only negative was that the two fans in the house were too dirty to try to use.

Lovely little cottage just steps from the beach. Clean house throughout. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and the bath rooms were also well stocked. The weekend was made when we opened the closet in the kids’ room and found it stocked with fire engines!!! There were also a number of board and card games as well. Quiet location but still within walking distance of Seaside’s main attractions.

Location was great! Property was well-kept and clean, but definitely dated. Master bed/bath is a little cramped for space. Only a few of the windows open, so without air conditioning it was pretty warm and stuffy in August. We also rented the property next door and could see when this unit was ready and asked to check in 45 minutes early, but were told no. That left a little bit of a bad taste. Overall, it served the purpose our group needed after the HTC Relay. I would recommend it, but maybe not in the summertime.

We arrived at the house a little after check in time, and were able to get in with the code I received a few days earlier.The house is on the smaller side, but it was perfect for us - a family of 4.The two kids shared the room with the double beds, and we had out own "master suite". It's a little outdated, but was clean and everything worked perfectly.The proximity to everything in Seaside is amazing - 5 minutes to everything.We spent many many hours at the beach - it's a 5 minute walk and even though it was the middle of July, it felt almost like we had the entire beach to ourselves. That was amazing.The house was clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen for us to cook the bit that we did, when we didn't eat outside.We spent a good time in the surrounding areas - namely Cannon beach and the surrounding park.It was our first Oregon coast visit and it was really amazing for us.

Cozy and Comfy Cottage near Promenade

The property is a lovely cottage one block from the Promenade by the beach. Two bedrooms & two baths. Nicely decorated. Clean. Worked well for me to take my elderly mom for a long Easter Weekend!

October Beach Getaway

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the accommodations were comfortable. We had some trouble operating the television but we didn't really need it. We would definitely stay here again.
