Thank you for your lovely comments. We are happy to hear that you loved the home and its amenities specifically the kitchen and the game room. We're so sad to hear that you were not able to maximize the use of the pool due to it being cold. We wanted to assure you that the pool heater is working. We're glad that you still had an enjoyable time and appreciate your high recommendation. We look forward to seeing you soon! Orlando Rent a Villa Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the home’s beautiful layout, the spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, and the pool area. It’s also wonderful that the kids had fun spotting the little backyard lizards, those small moments really make a vacation special! We appreciate your honest comments about the areas that didn’t meet your expectations. We're truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns and the issues you encountered. Your feedback has been shared with our homecare team, and a deep clean has since been completed to ensure the property meets our high standards. While deep cleans aren’t performed after every guest, they are scheduled regularly in addition to thorough cleanings before each stay. Regarding the air hockey table, our team did test it after your departure and found it to be functioning, but we’ll continue monitoring it closely in case further attention is needed. As for the pests, we understand how unsettling that can be. Florida’s sub-tropical climate does make sightings of insects or small critters more common, even with routine professional pest control, which we do have in place and have confirmed is up to date. We're always here to assist during your stay, and we truly wish we had heard from you at the time so we could have addressed your concerns promptly. Guest comfort is our top priority, and we’re committed to providing a clean and welcoming environment. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a stay that exceeds your expectations. Orlando Rent a Villa Team

We're thrilled to hear that you had a great stay and found everything handled professionally. It's wonderful that our communication methods made things easy for you, and we're glad the home's cleanliness and amenities met your expectations. We truly value your constructive comments as well. We’ll be sure to pass along your suggestions to our team member and the homeowner for consideration. While we unfortunately can’t provide access to the nearby community waterpark, we completely understand how that would have been a fun bonus for the kids. Thanks again for staying with us, we’d love to welcome you and your family back anytime! Orlando Rent a Villa Team

We understand where you are coming from, Amanda, and we apologize if you feel that the home is less than what you had expected it to be. This is certainly not the experience we strive to provide our guests. We want to assure you that the washer is now functioning properly after being attended to by our technician team. Additionally, our pest control team has thoroughly checked the home and confirmed that it is now pest-free. We will continue to review and improve our processes to prevent any future mishandling of requests. We also regret the disturbance caused by noisy neighbors. We understand how frustrating this must have been and apologize that resort security was unable to resolve the issue. While we cannot control the behavior of neighboring guests, we wish you had informed us during your stay. We could have provided you with the contact information for local authorities to address the situation more effectively. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will take it seriously to improve our services and guest experience. We hope you might reconsider and give us another chance in the future, as we continue to stay committed to making the necessary improvements to ensure a better stay for our guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels. Orlando Rent a Villa Team
