Great property for our family needs, big enough home that our 18 family members could stay in one place but not feel too crowded. Host was very responsive to one small issue that came up. Location was great. Beds were good. Worth noting that the home is in an HOA so there are many rules, the most impactful for our family is that only 8 guests at a time can use the community pool, so we werenât able to take our whole family to the pool at the same time.
We cold not have been more please with this property. With most VRBO listing I see, i am always disappointed walking into the property opposed to what I see online. This property completely outperformed the pictures that were available. This pro
Sometimes the vrbo listing doesn't always meet the expectation. However, this property met every expectation. The size and layout were great for our group of 15...older teens, young adults and parents. The kitchen was well stocked (it had more spices, herbs and seasoning than I do at home). The addition of a crockpot would be nice, but we got by. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I think most of the beds are memory foam (not my personal favorite, but everyone else commented on how they loved the beds). The community pool was welcome over the 4th of July weekend. There was a thunderstorm that moved through and caused a power outage that lasted a couple of hours. Obviously this was out of the owners control, but having some flashlights and/or candles available would have been nice. We made do with our phones, but our batteries were very low by the time power was restored. This is a great area with lots to see and do. Or just a beautiful place to hangout and do nothing. The owner did warn us about the neighbor to the north not being tolerant of noise. While our group was OK, the lade from next door walked through the backyard to the neighbor on the other side of this house and yelled at them for having music too loud at about 8:00am.Also, with so many adults/older teens, we had a lot of vehicles. There is no street parking in the neighborhood. There are a couple of community lots nearby. Be prepared to walk a bit if bringing more than 5 vehicles.
Wonderful stay with family, accommodations were as advertised, everyone had a great time. We were visiting for a family wedding and having the ability to have the entire family stay in one place together was wonderful. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
We had our entire family in the house for Thanksgiving. Ten adults and ten kids, ages 17 - 3. The house worked well for our needs. It was convenient to return to Ogden for entertainment.
Our group stayed here 4 nights while we were skiing nearby at Powder Mountain. The location was very convenient for getting to the mountain and was an easy drive from the SLC airport. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 to sleep without things feeling crowded. Overall our stay was good. The only issue we had was with the hot tub on the 2nd day of our stay where the water turned green and smelled very bad. The host was responsive when we reached out, but unfortunately the issue was not able to be fixed before the end of our trip.
Overall the property was good but there were things that needed repair, namely the BBQer was on its last leg, the digital read out on the hot tub was faded out and incredibly difficult to read and the clothes dryer worked intermittently. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, better than most other properties we have stayed at. We had a real enjoyable week.
We had very nice stay. Home was well kept. Couple small items - no live TV (Olympics) (We improvised & used friends Firestick & personal YouTube TV subscription). Also, kitchen dishes/glasses & utensils could use some upgrading & a few warmer blankets and better pillows would have made sleep a bit more enjoyable.
But - itâs a rental, so those âwish listâ items should be just that! Overall⊠very nice stay and home has plenty of room to relax for good size group. Also, very much enjoyed hot tub!
We loved our stay here. The layout was perfect for our family, the cousins all slept in the bunk beds downstairs. Hot tub was so fun in the evenings. Everything was great except we could have used a couple more kitchen towels and rags. And the smoke alarm was chirping so we had to make a run to the grocery store to get a new battery. Other than that, it was good and weâd definitely stay here again. Thanks!
We loved staying here. Great property with plenty of space for everyone. We stayed for a family reunion and there was something for everyone. The three floors with the three living rooms gave both privacy and a place to gather.
For many of us, it was our 3rd and 4th time back visiting Powder Mountain. We love the area and skiing at PowMow. This house was perfect for what we were looking for to host a group of friends. We really enjoyed our stay here, and it was stocked with everything we needed and more. The host was very communicative and provided an easy check-in and check-out policy. Iâd definitely recommend staying here, and weâd love to come back to this same house again if we do another trip to PowMow.
The property was well kept, clean, and very comfortable. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen had all of the essentials as well as some extras left by other renters. The neighbor to the north was a bit obnoxious about cars coming and going, and that we were talking in the back yard after hours (and I mean just talking, no partying or music) but that is no reflection on the owners of this home, who were very quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. The hot tub was a big hit with the cooler fall weather. The internet was not robust enough to stream a movie. Lots of buffering. But honestly most of us didn't care because we didn't come to the place to watch movies or TV.
Les points forts : Communication, emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
Nice Property Great location
Everything was great. Only complaint was garbage had not been taken out of the garage in a while and virtual key didnât work but host answered phone right away and helped us get in.
Home was lovely for our family reunion. We fit, with a little room to spare. With the extreme heat, the house was an oasis of cool with space for crafts, ping-pong, and movies. We took full advantage of the community pool and hot tub!
Accessibility: Host provided a ramp for the single step to enter. If you need a shower chair and shower wand, you will have to bring your own (which we did, and they fit perfectly). Wheelchair access to the main floor only, but that includes the kitchen, dining, family room, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also access to the back yard and hot tub. Doorways are all wide; beds would accommodate a hoyer lift.
