100 year old home located steps from downtown Brenham! You will love the recent renovations that enhance this gem! The hardwood floors are original to the house and the large bedrooms will nicely accommodate your group. The open downstairs space and backyard are perfect for larger groups. Many people love hanging out in the main area where your group can all enjoy cooking in the kitchen, playing pool, or lounging in the living room area. The interior has a fun decor that your group will love! You may decide to hang out in the backyard where your group can grill, gather around the fire pit, sit in the swings, play corn hole, or relax on in the outdoor seating area. You will also love the location of the house. The house is walking distance to all of the fun shops, restaurants, live music venues, and wine bars that downtown Brenham has. The house is only 1.5 miles from the famous Bluebell Creamery.

Great VRBO! Great location, firepit, amenities.... TV's in every room, but internet/streaming was so bad we couldn't watch tv! Luckily we didn't really miss TV.

Amazing !!!

We were in town for a softball tournament and this house was the highlight of our trip. The girls absolutely loved it and it had everything we needed. The host was amazing and so thoughtful in every detail in the home. Perfect home and location, best place we have stayed at.

Wedding weekend

The PERFECT place for a large group with plenty of room inside, outside and parking. Walking distance to downtown. Could not have been happier and our host was very accommodating! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Rental Home

Several friends gather together for a fun weekend in Brenham. They loved the Washington house on E Alamo. Beautiful place and owners are awesome to rent from.

In town for my father’s funeral

Great place and perfect for my family and friends to gather and love on each other while going thru some sad times. The place was bright and cheery. Rooms were perfect. Open concept with big table for us all. The place was great for our hearts and to start mending. Thank you

Such a neatly decorated fun older home with so much character. We loved it! Tons of space and lots of bedrooms and great mattresses on all beds. This house is stocked with everything you need and more! We loved our short trip here and would definitely stay here again.

12 Armadillos was perfect for our stay with plenty of kitchen items, lots of games, coffee bar items, and a spacious outdoor area. It was walking distance to the square but most of the shops are closed Monday and Tuesday. Highly recommend the Yumm sweets on the square for lunch and ice cream. House is so cute with lots of room.

Cousin Reunion

We chose Brenham since it was easy access for family coming from Houston and Austin to meet. Christa was so helpful with my questions prior to the trip. When we arrived and entered the house, we knew we made the right choice for our family. I come from the hotel industry, so the attention to detail and cleanliness is very important to me. There are two bedrooms downstairs and four upstairs. I love that the downstairs area is open, perfect for gatherings plus the pool table was a huge hit. The house is walking distance to just about everything, such as 30 North, Volare Italian Restaurant and one block from all the shops, restaurants and bars. We went to Brossa's Cibo e Vino and the food and service was wonderful. My family had such a great time, we would absolutely rent this home again. Thank you Christa for your hospitality!

Attending a wedding in Chappel Hill.

Eight of us came for a cousin’s wedding in Chappel Hill. Great house for a family! Excellent location, very well appointed and very comfortable. This house had everything we needed for kids and adults. Loved the pool table! Wish we’d had time to stay longer and take advantage of the backyard and patio.

Great Location and amazing home

It is in the best location!!! The house is one of the best to stay in bc all but one bedroom has king sized beds. Plenty of bathrooms and you have lots of space. Pool table, outside pit makes this a perfect place to hang with family and friends. So close to downtown and everything is in walking distance. Owners are easy to work with and we’re so quick to respond if we had a question. They even left us a gift of s’mores so we could use them on the fire pit. Really good for the price as well.

What a wonderful house.

The house was perfect and had so much charm. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was fantastic. You guys made sure that we had any type of information we needed to enjoy our time in Brenham. Home was very clean and neat. It had everything we needed. Very close to downtown. Would have been a perfect 4 days but the house had to many leaks. But the management company worked very hard to getting someone out to help. It did not stop us from enjoying our time together.

Wonderful reunion spot

This home was absolutely perfect for a group with many couples! It had the perfect amount of space for our group, great gathering spaces (living room, dining area, back porch). The rooms are adorable and very thoughtfully decorated. Christa was great at communicating prior to our arrival, as well as after our stay. Would highly recommend!
