Fabulous property with old Florida charm! Right on a canal with kayaks available, walking distance to Marina and located close to restaurants and parks. Clean and comfortable with everything needed. Shannon was readily responsive and had great advice for local restaurants, etc. Beautiful windows across the back, great outdoor and screened areas on the property. We will definitely be back!!

In town for a fishing trip. Perfect location to walk to dinner at our favorite local spots. House was perfect for me and my sons. Newly renovated master bath was very nice and well done. Due to our daily schedule we didn’t utilize the outdoor amenities but host has gone above and beyond to provide everything you need. Carport came in handy for a few stormy nights keeping the car covered. We will recommend to others and book here again.

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean, accurately described in the listing and exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need, all you have to do is bring your clothes and stop at a grocery store (there are 3 within a short drive). If you don't want to cook there are several restaurants that serve some delicious food. The canal the unit is located on is perfect for kayaking and also just a short paddle to the river. It is conveniently located for dining, boating, kayaking or just taking it easy and enjoy area. Highly recommend if you looking to take a trip to Homosassa. We will definitely stay there in the future.

This home was an absolute gem! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The back porch was so peaceful—our favorite spot to sit and unwind.The location couldn’t have been better, just a quick 3-minute golf cart ride to the local bars and restaurants. Shannon was an amazing host with excellent communication, and check-in was seamless from start to finish.We will definitely be back! Take my word for it—book this place. You won’t be disappointed!

This property was absolutely amazing, and our host was fantastic from start to finish! The home was so incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need that we didn't even have to leave the property during our stay. The decor was a full Easter/spring theme, which was just delightful and added such a cheerful, welcoming touch to the atmosphere. On top of that, there were even fun things to find hidden around the property, making it feel like a little scavenger hunt. We had a wonderful time and can't recommend this place enough!

House was in a very set back community that was nice and quite. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and lots of spices for just about anything you would like to cook. I have never stayed in such a comfortable home, most are very bare and stark. The kayaks were a great way to explore the canals and surrounding areas. Very close to many attractions and things to do. Will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway! We had everything we needed to cook and sleep like angels. We enjoyed the quaint art and antique shops of Homosassa. We kayaked a few times and enjoyed an amazing swim with manatees in Homosassa Springs with Blue Heaven Tours. It was a peaceful placeTo gather family and regenerate.
