This turn of the century victorian boasts vintage hardwoods and tile, a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and modern accents throughout. You will literally look out your window on Saturdays and see the farmer's market before your eyes! Space ideal for 4 guests, pullout sleeper sofa allows for an accommodation of up to 6 guests.

What makes this space unique is the awesome location on Bidwell. Stunning architecture surrounds you as well as a tranquil park lined street excellent for picnics or getting lost along Elmwood Ave. Both units in this location have terrific views of the park from the main bedrooms and living spaces . The unit also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of a hotel, including on site laundry. If walkability and a city atmosphere on a premiere street with the amenities is what you are seeking, look no further!

This home and location was perfect for us. Enjoyed the close proximity to coffee shops and restaurants. We had no trouble parking the car right out front every day. Very walkable location to beautiful Delaware Park.

Great place & location! Everything was very clean except tub was stained. It was fun to have the Farmers Market in the park in from of the property. This was our 2nd time staying here and we enjoyed it both times!

Great location in Buffalo. Plenty to do and easy to walk to restaurants/coffee shops.Street parking was really easy. I was a bit nervous about that but we never had an issue. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great place and location in Elmwood Village

We made a last minute reservation and Nick was super helpful and responsive throughout before and during our stay. The place is a right off Elmwood ave where many restaurants, bars and music venues are without needing a car. Highly recommend this place.

In the heart of it

We loved this VRBO. Very walkable to all the best of Elmwood Village- restaurants, grocery store, shops and a nearby family member. Visited the library too! The Sat farmers market was beyond convenient. Lovely choices and good coffee!

Nice pad in a great area of Buffalo

A great spot from which to stage a visit to Buffalo. A lot of nice quick eats, bars, and "long eats" (sit down places) plus a mid-street park with pop-up "farmers' market" type events on weekends. Surprisingly decent on-street parking and a safe vibe.

Beautiful apartment!

This cute and surprisingly quiet space is just outside downtown buffalo. It's still in a lovely and lively neighbourhood that held a farmers market over the weekend while we were there! I would 100% book this space again, perfect size and very clean

The apartment was exactly as decribed. We love the location and I daughter lives around the corner. So very convenient. Great restaurants and fun shops all walking distance. The property manager was so easy to work with. Simply lovely!

Family reunion in Buffalo

Great place for our Canadian and American families to meet and explore this area. Clean, safe, interesting part of Buffalo with lots of things to do. The apartment was excellent and the host responded quickly to our questions. We loved Elmwood Village and Allentown. Day trips to Niagara Falls, Riverworks, the Art Gallery and the Eternal Flame. So many good restaurants with wonderful outdoor patios.

Although there was some confusion concerning which unit we would occupy for the stay it all worked out. The area the house is in is located near all the places we wanted to visit for the abbreviated stay. The next time we visit Buffalo this place will be the first choice. I appreciate the overall way the listing is presented (it is not required to first pick what type of rental you want which is confusing).

Bidwell stay

The place was clean and updated. The refurbishing of a home built in 1900 was well done. We did notice a musty smell as soon as we opened the door so we had to buy candles to mask the smell. The host was quick to respond and did provide a mid-stay cleaning with fresh towels.

Good stay…

This is a new property. New furniture and kitchen. Owner is very responsive. Replies within minutes. Great to interact with. Place is cozy … still has some upgrades needed… but a great stay for my family and I. Close to mall, grocery stores and much more.

NFL Game

Nick was a good host. Answered pre booking and pre arrival questions promptly. The property was exactly as described in the listing. Note this is a second story rental and parking is available streetstide (i.e. first come). From a visitor perspective, the neighborhood seemed very safe. Caffe Aroma was within one bock; a very nice coffee, pastry and breakfast sandwich option. We also had dinner and drinks at Cole's, a short walk for beers, cocktails, wings and more. Plenty of walkable options.
