This adorable cabin was a great stay. The environment around the cabin was full of adorable treasures to search for. The stay was so peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend the cabin to all my friends
This was such a cute little cabin to stay at while we explored the area and enjoyed being away from the city for the weekend. We stayed the weekend before the Fourth and had such a great night enjoying a fire in the back and watching fireworks in the distance. A really great stay and weekend overall. Thank you so much!!
Comfy and cozy little cabin. The perfect place to get away from the hustle of daily life! Owners were very friendly. We were left sparkling cider and lots of candy! Definitely recommend for a rustic and quiet getaway.
Nice, cute little cabin, perfect for a quick stop. Reasonably priced. No shower or internet access but that wasn't a problem for us. My kid appreciated all the candy around!
It was an amazing little gem. This was a nice wkend get away from everyday stress it was quite clean and just a relaxing location. I will be back very soon. Thank you
Very nice small cabin perfect to spend the night. Bed is comfortable and heater works fine. Only thing is that it has half bathroom (no shower). Other than that super nice a quiet area
Jenny was wonderful!!! She checked with us if we needed anything!!! Her place is sooo cute and quaint!!! Very nice get away in the country!!! Thanks again Jenny!!!đź’ś
The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchenette had more than enough space for our purposes, and the view each morning was absolutely stunning. It’s also about 10-15 minutes from one of the best diners I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to- The Grist Mill. Could not ask for more.
Only two things -
The toilet does not have a lot of pressure, be prepared to plunge any solids.
The TV is on it’s last legs- video quality isn’t great. They do have some pretty good DVDs though!
Missed that it was an outdoor shower! Shower wasn't clean...also way to cold to use. No bathroom photos just the closed curtain. Well water had a very strong sulf/iron smell. Coffee maker didn’t work. My partner reconnected the water hose inside of it.The good: EXCELLENT comminication with the host! Firepit with some firewood left for us to use, adorable outdoor spaces, mini fridge n microwave. Relaxing getaway location, allows dogs, and very inexpensive!Could use better lighting in the kitchen n bathroom areas.Would stay again but only for 1-2 nights.
The cabin was cute, very small but cute. We knew there was an outdoor shower but did not realize how rough of shape it was in until we arrived. We made it work though. The camp most definitely needs an air conditioner, it was so hot that we slept each night with the door open. The propane bottle for the grill was empty but the owners did not waste anytime bringing one over and setting it up for us. When we arrived back to camp after fishing Lake Ontario all day, we went to start the grill and 6 or so hornets flew out from under the cover of the grill. It seems we may have killed them when we lit the grill. All in all it was a good stay but does need a little TLC
