Welcome to Seaside Resort 303, a newly renovated Gulf-front two-bedroom, two-bath tropical escape located mid-island in paradise. This prime location is directly across the street from Publix Supermarket, Snook Bight Marina, and the award-winning Fresh Catch Bistro.
Step into an inviting open-concept layout with wood flooring throughout. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and well-stocked cabinets, making it easy to prepare meals. A pass-through bar connects the kitchen to the dining area, where a table comfortably seats four.
The living area is furnished with brand-new furniture, including a sleeper sofa and a smart flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened-in balcony, where you can take in stunning views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is furnished with a round glass-top table and four chairs, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a smart TV. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony, allowing you to wake up to breathtaking Gulf views. The en suite bathroom includes a vanity with storage and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a wall-mounted smart TV. The adjacent guest hallway bathroom features a shower/tub combo for added convenience.
Seaside Resort amenities include a Gulf-side heated pool, a BBQ area, shuffleboard, and with convenient on-site laundry facilities, youâll always have what you need for your next beach dayâand Seaside Resort HOA also provides beach towels for your convenience during your stay. From the pool, you can walk to the beach in seconds or explore nearby restaurants and shopping.
