Aspen est un endroit spĂ©cial pour moi, et Ă  cause de cela, je ai Ă©tĂ© trĂšs particulier sur le condo je ai choisi d'acheter. Ce condo a tout - Ă  proximitĂ© de la ville d'Aspen, le Tente de la musique, et les bus Ă  tous les quatre montagnes ski; une baignoire et d'une piscine Ă  remous, une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e qui est approvisionnĂ© pour tous les besoins que vous soyez un fin gourmet, un amateur de vin, une famille, une personne toasts et de cĂ©rĂ©ales ou de la totalitĂ© de ces Ă©lĂ©ments; une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o dans le salon et la tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et un lecteur DVD dans la chambre; un grand walk-in pour les vĂȘtements de ski encombrants ou des sacs Ă  dos d'Ă©tĂ©; une douche Ă  vapeur et double lavabo dans la salle de bain et salle de sĂ©jour confortable coin parfait pour se dĂ©tendre ainsi que divertissant. Le meilleur de tous, le condo est inondĂ© de lumiĂšre naturelle.

Le complexe de condominiums est joliment meublĂ©e avec des voies de fleurs et de plantes, bordĂ©e d'un cadre de belle piscine avec une cascade pacifique, et la montagne encore l'architecture moderne. Des supports Ă  bicyclettes sont situĂ©s sur la propriĂ©tĂ© pour l'accĂšs in-and-out facile, et le complexe lui-mĂȘme est extrĂȘmement bien gĂ©rĂ©s et impeccablement propre.

Juste un séjour ici et je peux vous promettre, vous garderez revenir.

The condo was great for our stay during Food & Wine 2025! The place is super comfortable, the decor beautiful, and Laura is a wonderful host! We walked just about everywhere so, barely used our car.

Modern Unit in a great location!

Everything is remodeled and super clean. The shower and bathroom were very modern and big. I highly recommend this unit. The location is great since you can walk downtown to all the restaurants etc .

Perfect Aspen Stay

The condo is perfectly located for a stroll to town, parks, trails, and the best access to the cleanest/fastest/most helpful transit system (recommend all to download the Roaring Fork Transit and Downtowner (free uber) apps before your stay.) Also, Laura's town and restaurant guide is better than a personal concierge.Highlights for us: John Denver Garden on the river; RedBrickAspen Studios - direct access to local artists and their art; Aspen Museum roof-top deli; The Wheeler Opera House; Explore Bookstore for an easy reading morning; and the plethora of uncrowded groomed blues at Snowmass.Thank-you Laura for your incredible hosting, help, lovely curated condo, and guidance throughout our Perfect Aspen Stay ...- Alex & Vesta

Perfect space!

The condo was just as described - plus newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with lovely touches. Super convenient location close to "downtown" Aspen and the Aspen Institute. Laura was regularly in touch and made everything easy. It was the perfect space for our stay.

A "just right" condo in Aspen!

We had a great stay here! The condo matched the description and photos to a tee. It was comfortably furnished with everything needed for a great stay. While on Main Street, the unit was quiet, and it was great for us as a couple with one college-age kid. Laura is a superlative owner who is responsive and thoughtful (a great notebook with local tips is in the unit). This is a Goldilocks property--everything is just right!

I hope to be back

This was one of my better VRBO choices and the host is quite responsive and friendly. I like the location which is close to the bus stops as I did not rent a car for my trip. The condo is nice and cozy and the steam shower is an added bonus. Next time I hope to bring my family to explore that Aspen magic!

The stairs were difficult for me. I carried groceries, and had to have help with my suitcase

The windows were open upon arrival, and it was about 20 degrees outside. I was exhausted from travelling, and that upset me. The down comforter was super heavy with thick bed duvet. Another lighter one would be great!

Perfect size, perfect location, perfect price

This was our 2nd time staying here -- it is a fantastic solution for a family of four. It is conveniently located in downtown Aspen, it's a great size for 2 adults and 2 kids (and the pull out couch is comfortable!), and the price is more than fair, and the owner is lovely to work with. We highly recommend this gem!

Exactly as described and great location!

Laura's condo is nicely decorated and super clean. The bus stop is steps away. We enjoyed a 10-minute walk to the bakery every morning and had the option of taking the bus back if we were carrying things. It was also nice to have the bus stop right outside when we went to Aspen Highlands and Snowmass. Plus, there is a really nice yoga studio directly across the street. Laura responded very quickly to any questions and also recommended a car service for us. It was great to stop at the grocery (and wine) store before heading to the condo. I would most definitely stay there again.

The condo was amazing, great location, close to town and very nicely decorated . Working with Laura was great, she responded quickly and answered all my question. Even my odd questions about space. I had a friend who needed to do some work while we were on vacation and there was a desk and plenty of room for him to spread out. The whole condo was comfortable and it felt like home. I can not wait to go back and visit again. Aspen was so much fun. I would highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic Space, Great Location

Went on a week-long ski trip with two friends in January, and had a WONDERFUL time. First of all, this place looks even better in person than in the pictures! The space is just beautiful e.g. large guest bedroom, high ceilings all around, impressively beautiful bathroom...this rental has all the makings of a luxurious home away from home. BTW, the loft space is a good size and quite semi-private. Second, Laura is an amazing host: very attentive, helpful, and responsive. All our questions about the rental were answered promptly, and I never felt uncomfortable asking her for suggestions on what to do around town. Her generosity did not go unnoticed! Overall, we were so pleased with our experience. We would definitely want to stay here again if/when we return to Aspen. Book today! A+

Perfect spot

We really enjoyed our week in this condo - perfect size for us and our two young boys, nicely located in Aspen, and a very reasonable rate per night. We had such a great week that we are returning next Christmas break! Highly recommend - and a very nice owner.

clean, neat, tidy and well organized.

A cozy condo with a beautiful view, good natural light and very comfortable furnishing. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Conveniently located to the bus stop on Main Street or a short walk into downtown Aspen. The complex is well maintained and one of the nicer developments in Aspen. I travel a lot and this was a very good fit for our needs.

Beautiful, light-filled condo

The condo is beautiful and spacious, and the high ceilings and great view make it have a very open feel. The location was perfect for us - a short and enjoyable walk to some great restaurants on Hopkins and the free shuttle to the ski areas just outside the door. It was a really comfortable place to relax in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing. We enjoyed a snowstorm our second day there. The complex's property manager had the snow shoveled and cleaned off the stairs by the time we were leaving to ski that morning. The owner is so responsive and made planning our trip very easy. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Excellent Value, Impeccable Property (A+)

We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival with a personal welcome note from the owner and a small basket of food essentials. This was greatly appreciated! The condo was our home base for the Aspen Food & Wine extravaganza. We enjoyed the short walk to and from the activities. The property was nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings and bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, which allowed us to try some of the recipes and techniques we learned during the day. We would definitely consider for future visits!
