Luxury on the Lake

This large private residence in a quiet residential neighborhood on the shores of Lake Silver boasts a lagoon pool, huge patio, balcony and original artwork of the artist/owner. It includes three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. If extra space is needed a private ensuite with a separate/private entrance and huge second floor balcony overlooking the lake is available to add to the reservation.

Modern decor, an open floor plan, original artwork and plenty of light provide a delightful, easy to live in space (apron 3800 sq ft). French doors across the back of the home open to a patio, lagoon pool and and expansive view of Lake Silver. Comfortable furniture, party lighting and a fire table make for lovely evening watching the sunset over the lake.

Downstairs includes the kitchen, dining room and a large open living area with a baby grand piano. A separate media/reading room is off the kitchen with a TV screen and half bath. Please note that we DO NOT have cable TV. We have screens in the media room and master BR for Apple TV or use with your laptop.

As for the upstairs: The Master suite includes two sitting areas and a W hotel king mattress, walk in closet, jet tub and two person shower as well as a balcony overlooking the lake. The two other bedrooms share a hall bathroom and have single beds. All bedrooms are upstairs as is the washer/dryer.

There are two HVAC zones (up and down) which are regulated with a NEST thermostat. High Speed Wifi is throughout home. Parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway and street parking an option.

This unique property is available for stays from 14 days to 7 months. Owners are frequently traveling abroad and flexible in coordinating dates of stays.
