The library/den has two sofas and a 47" flat screen TV. The large, open kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances, an eat-in breakfast area and a TV for the chef in the family.

21 Surfsong comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The serene master bedroom has a king sized bed, reading area, TV, large walk-in closet, private bath and opens privately to the deck. The lagoon bedroom has a queen sized bed, adjacent bath and private entrance to the deck. Shaded by the grand live oak tree, the front guest bedroom has a king sized bed and private bath.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
