While the mountain offers 5 peaks and 2908 skiable acres to explore, itâs the town that sets Breckenridge apart. Full of history and character, Breckenridge shares an incredibly laid-back charm that makes you feel like a local â no matter the season. Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Guests will have access to 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and all common gathering areas in and outside of the house (there are a few doors locked off for us⊠Thanks in advance for respecting our privacy!)
Getting Around:
If youâd like to get sized for boots and skis but skip the trip to the ski shop, Ski Butlers will come to you!
Other Things to Note:
âą NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
âą This property uses a septic system - Please no trash in the toilets and no food scraps in the kitchen sink - thank you for your care and consideration!
âą The garage is available to guests and can hold 1 medium vehicle, but vehicles with cargo top boxes may need to use the driveway parking. *No street parking allowed, or you will be towed at your own expense*
âą In the living area on the main floor, there are two digital thermostats on the wall directly across from the TV - the Honeywell Basic thermostat on the right controls the fireplace. To turn the fireplace on, turn this secondary thermostat up past room temperature. To turn it off, turn below room temperature. Please keep this set at 62 when off.
