Beautiful views, plenty of activities., comfortable beds (including the bunk beds). We had my 3 yr old grandson, I love that it's gated. Excellent host! Amazing experience, will go again.

The house has amazing views! Also just a small kayak ride and your at the open ocean!! It could use a deep clean and some detailing but looks nice and nothing in bad shape! We would definitely stay again. The host is awesome so easy and fast to get back to you! Plus it has a nice big pool!!!

This was our second time at the property. We absolutely love it! The house has a great layout and gives plenty of room to spread out. The house has everything you need and comfortable beds. They are very responsive to questions. Can’t wait to rebook for next year!

We booked this house for a scalloping trip, and it was perfect. The dock was ideal for our boat, and the kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Check-in was seamless, and the property management team was very responsive whenever we had questions.The views are incredible—you can watch the sunset over the Gulf right from the kitchen, which was one of our favorite parts of the stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommend!

Family vacation with all ages and preferences...9 people total. Pool and spa were clean with wonderful views of sunrises and sunsets. The deep water canal and dock provided perfect boat access for a larger boat. Scalloping was excellent, playing on the sandbar was also great fun as a family of dolphins joined us. For older construction, the house had wonderful cold air conditioning and plenty of indoor space. We enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful sunset over the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. Kids had a ton of fun in the pool, fishing off the dock and saw a manatee in the canal.

The host was very responsive to any issues we had. We arrived late and tired after a long drive and when we tried to turn back bed covers to go to bed...ALL BEDS had dirty, soiled, hairy linen and mattress covers! The host was sent pictures of all of it and she responded immediately and sent the cleaner over to change all the bedding (that we had not already changed ourselves! and started in the was at midnight). She also sent new comforters. There was only 1 total wash cloth for the entire home. The location was great. the wildlife was present for enjoyment and the neighborhood was quiet. However the home was not clean and there are plenty of pictures and videos to prove it.

Very beautiful house with beautiful scenery! Loved the spacious layout of the house! We had a party of 8 and it fit us perfectly! The hostess was wonderful and the communication between us was great! Definitely going to be our number one pick when we go back!

Great spot for fishing, kayaking and relaxing. Unfortunately for us we were there during a very cold spell so we were unable to use the pool. It was great to have the hot tub. Because of the unusual cold we had some issues with the heat, but our host was very quick to get it resolved which we appreciated.

We had some issues while there and unfortunately our issue happened around 12-12:30am trying to get back into home and we were unable to reach the host which is understandable at the time we needed help but surly put us in a pickle. Other than that our stay was perfect but the house could use a really good scrub. The views are incredible and the pedal bikes could use some love!

Great Location

We stayed at this property for 2.5 months and really loved the location. We enjoyed biking to all of the nearby restaurants, kayaking, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. The property manager, Summer, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay as well.

The house was perfect. We loved the view and the kids loved being able to fish right from the dock and swim in the pool. We appreciated that they had fishing supplies, kayaks, life jackets, pool toys, and anything else you needed to be comfortable. The doors don't block any noise so if you have little ones, you might consider bringing a white noise machine. We would definitely stay again.
