Wonderful weekend getaway

Place was gorgeous, right close to all the shops and restaurants and there was wine and sparkling water ready for us when we arrived. Will definitely stay again.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The bed was so comfortable, and the sheets were soft. On our next trip back, we will stay here again!

Great stay for 2 in Sandpoint!

Short Stay

It’s walking distance to everything. Building is very quiet which is nice beside the trains. But you can’t really avoid that noise anywhere in Sandpoint.

Great stay out of the AZ heat

Looking for a break from the AZ heat our road trip brought us to Sandpoint. The Lofts are ideally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The view over the marina was mesmerizing. Unit was appointed with all you need. DEFINETLY stay here again.

Absolutely lovely.

Location was perfect as we are Vegan and City Beach Organics was right down the street as well as Yoga, coffee & cocktails and all while overlooking the gorgeous City Beach and Marina! Loved it!

Great condo in downtown Sandpoint

This condo has a great location in downtown Sandpoint, which is convenient for walking everywhere. The place was beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The manager was very quick to respond to troubles with the door lock and solved the problem. Highly recommended.

Ideal Sandpoint Location

Wonderful view, downtown at your door step. Unfortunately, parking lot construction across the street all day Friday and from 7 AM to 6 PM on Saturday. One off event just bad timing for us.

Great Place to stay

The condo is perfect for a couple or couple and 2 kids. We hardly started the car as you can easily walk or bike to stores and restaurants. Just far enough off the main drag to eliminate noise. The condo’s patio overlooks the marina so you can watch the boats come and go. The water sports rental company is located 2 minutes away. We will be back.

Fantastic experience in this beautiful clean unit! Great views from this top floor penthouse (yes there is an elevator)! Walking distance to Sandpoint’s downtown. Unit has everything you need and is so comfortable. Only problem is we did not want to leave. Thank You for a great experience, we will be back.

Upscale Unit

We loved our stay at this property. The furnishings were more high-end than most places we've stayed at. The kitchen was well-stocked and the owners even left us two bottles of water and a bottle of wine (although we didn't end up drinking the wine). They furnished shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The towels were very plush. We'll be back! Thank you!

Clean, new and close to Coffee

This was a great place close to food, shopping and nightlife. The place was clean and well appointed with a nice kitchen and Bathroom. There is a nice bedroom with a big window and a small balcony off the living room. Note that the second bed is a pullout couch. The view is of a marina that is on an access canal to the lake but not of the lake itself. There is some road and train noise but the windows and sliding door do a pretty good job of sound attenuation. Over all a good stay.

Little Slice Of Heaven In Sandpoint!

This property is absolutely immaculate and easy access to absolutely everything! My husband and I stayed the weekend for our 16 year wedding anniversary and wanted something quiet and laid back. This property had zero noise issues! It was so peaceful to sit on the balcony and watch all the boats and people paddle boarding. Walking to dinning and local breweries was incredibly easy! I highly recommend Baxters On Cedar and Matchwood Brewing Company, especially when they have their live music on the weekends. Thank you so much Kathryn for making our little escape a memorable one!
