Awesome cabin for enjoying fishing and boating on Lake Guntersville. Sleeps up to 5, full kitchen, Dish TV and wireless internet. Adjacent boat/car port has easy access to electrical outlet for battery charging. Fire pit, pavilion, barbecue grills, and picnic tables for outdoor entertainment.
Great place to stay, excellent and friendly manager/owner. Worked well for a group, fire pit, Pavillion, they provided corn hole boards and bags, plenty of room for parking boats and charging batteries, nice cabins.
I booked the two bedroom cabin for my seven year old granddaughter and myself. To quote her when we opened the door âitâs adorableâ! We even fought over bedroomsâŠI won! Full stocked kitchen with everything you
need
Really enjoyed the place. Our only issue was the AC. Not sure if it was an AC problem or our operation of the unit but, we couldn't get the cabin cool after 2 pm. I have to say, we did schedule our stay during an extremely high heat index and we didn't raise the issue to the Host so, that's on us. Overall the place is outstanding and we look forward to staying again.
This is the perfect place to stay if you want to get away and relax to do some fishing. Everything about the cabin is wonderful except the beds are to firm!! I have a bad back and the beds were just too hard. But other than the bed this is a great place to stay!
This is the ideal location for fishermen looking for on a Guntersville Lake trip. Cabins are like new and excellent quality. Property owners are very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check-in early and visited us twice to make sure whether we needed anything. In addition they offered some tips to help me locate some fish to keep my kids engaged. The covered car port was great for parking my trailered boat under and the electric outlets outside were ideally located to plug in the battery charger. The pull through driveway and paved loops around the cabins made trailering the boat an absolute breeze. This was extremely well thought out, designed and built specifically for the needs of fishermen with boats. We will definitely be staying here again.
Cole (right) and Scott (left) are military retirees and avid fishermen. We partnered to build Mink Creek Village after hearing from out of town fishermen that there is a shortage of quality places to stay near Lake Guntersville.
Mink Creek Village is designed for fisherman and recreational boaters who desire quick assess to Lake Guntersville. Our inner and outer roads and extra wide boat ports ensure that the first time you have to back your boat will be at the boat ramp. Your boat port is adjacent to your cabin so toting equipment is an easy chore. We have electrical outlets on the cabin exteriors so your extension cord will easily reach them from the boat port. Many of our customers simply need a place to stay while visiting relatives or conducting business in Scottsboro - our cabins are ideally suited for that too.
