Newly updated in June 2026, this bright, spotless and thoughtfully stocked retreat is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy lake life. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a fishing trip or a quiet getaway, Lake It Easy offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience and outdoor fun.

Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, the cottage is equally well suited for couples and smaller groups looking for extra space to unwind.

Due to limited space, the cottage does not have an inside dining table. Tray tables are provided for comfortable indoor dining.

The main floor features the master bedroom, one additional bedroom and a sleeper sofa. A third loft bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase.

Free paved parking in front of the cottage for up to two vehicles is provided.

✦ ADDITIONAL INFO✦
During the summer months, Eurasian milfoil naturally grows in portions of the lake. While it can make swimming less appealing near the shoreline, it provides excellent habitat for fish and is appreciated by many anglers.

Bellefonte Nuclear Plant is in view across the lake from the cottage. It is currently non-operational.

Currently, the cottage does not have a guest accessible laundry room.

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire cottage during your stay, with the exception of a locked lower-level storage area used for supplies.

Self check-in is quick and easy with keyless entry. Before arrival, you'll receive detailed check-in instructions, driving directions, and your unique access code.

The Neighborhood:
The cottage is located in a quiet, small development of lakefront homes. Some of the homes are also used as vacation rentals. One way in and out means there will be little through traffic to disrupt the peaceful natures of the area.

Other Things to Note:
▪ Please provide the first and last names of all guests when submitting a booking, plus tell us a little something about your stay and what brings you to the area. We are careful about who we rent to and like to get to know our guests.
▪ All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (we check this when in doubt).
▪ Check in is 4pm or later, checkout is by 10am.
▪ No smoking inside or out.
▪ No pets.

Interaction with Guests:
As co-hosts for the owners, we do not live locally but will be your point of contact up to and throughout your stay. We share with booked guests our best contact number for calling and messaging, as well as a contact number for our local cleaners in case of an emergency.

A digital guest manual/area guidebook will be shared with booked guests before arrival. It provides information about amenities, important phone numbers, checkout procedures, etc., along with an in-depth guide and recommendations to area dining, shopping, activities & more! No app needed.
