Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
I have rented several times within this building and I love all the units. They're huge. No really they're big. This was a girl's trip with me and two other ladies for cruise in weekend and the only complaint I have is we couldn't find the parking permit. But noone bothered my car. It was off season though.
The rental property definitely needs fixed up, for the money you pay for vacations it should definitely be in better shape. Its ashame because the location was good and space for our family was ideal.
The size of the unit and location was perfect for the 4 of us who stayed there. The living room furniture is very old and worn. Kitchen appliances are also old. When attempting to use the ice maker the freezer door flew open and wouldnât close. We were finally able to figure it out. I would hope the owners would consider making these upgrades
The picture did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. The place needs a thorough cleaning and update of furniture and fixtures. Mattresses with no covers and stains, carpet heavily stained, dated living room furniture, sink in bathroom didnât drain, toilet seat was broken, smoke detector hanging off of wall, slider to 3rd floor balcony couldnât be latched or secured.. not worth the money at all.
Location was great. Around many restaurants and stores and close to the beach. Nice block to be on. Very quiet and the condo was lovely. Some additional cleaning could have been done, but nothing major. Would stay again.
The layout and size were great! Carpet was heavily stained and needs replacement. The blinds in the living room and master bedroom were broken and allowed a lot of ambient light in from the building across the street at night. No access to the fitness center and indoor pool was closed.
