Picturesque views of Bournes Pond await at this quaint East Falmouth home. This quintessential retreat is conveniently located on a quiet street, but it's easily accessible via Route 28. Downtown Falmouth is a quick car ride or pedal away. Headed to Martha's Vineyard for the day? You're just minutes from the ferry and a beautiful 45-minute ride across the Atlantic. Mashpee Commons and Woods Hole are also a few minutes away by car. When you're ready to hit the sun, sand, and surf, find gorgeous Menauhant Beach less than 2 miles from your front door.

This classic Cape has a large wooded lawn and a warm traditional feel inside. Pretty area rugs and cozy furniture invite you into every room. The living room is perfect for gathering over hors d'oeuvres and drinks with a large white sectional sofa, and the dining area beyond seats guests below a charming chandelier. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for cooking a fine meal and setting a formal table. A spacious kitchen island has seating on barstools, and a patio off the dining room has outdoor furniture and a gas grill.

Another living room offers even more space for guests in the basement with a love seat, chair, and desk.

This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
