Coastal Living is an exquisite home sat directly on the beautiful beaches of Carillon. Built brand new in 2021, the home warmly invites you in to experience one of the most luxurious stays on 30A. With private direct access to the beach through its own boardwalk, you never have to worry about beach traffic ever again. Coastal Living is 3 stories high and includes an elevator for easy access to each level. The home can sleep up to 12 quest, with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 1 half bath. Come visit the most incredible view that Carillon Beach can offer by booking a stay at Coastal Living!

We loved everything about Coastal Living! The location was perfect, and the community was absolutely amazing. People were very friendly. The house was gorgeous and well supplied. It was also very clean. We will most definitely book a stay at Coastal Living again.

Home is beautiful, elevator was a nice surprise, kitchen is stocked with with essentials, and everyone had a place to spread out! Would definitely stay again!

An Experience to Remember

A wonderful and unforgettable stay. Being right next to the ocean was just something else. Staring out to the vast ocean will be a memory that I'm lucky enough to have. Sharing fun times on the beach with family only seconds away was just a unique experience I've never had before, even saying a few homes down from the beach. This is something else!

This was a gorgeous Beach Front Home. My family loved it and we will absolutely return. Nice quite safe/gated community where places to eat in the community or close enough to enjoy all the 30A Luxury experience without the congestion. Will be back.

We just returned from an incredible stay, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this house. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—but better. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for relaxing, cooking, and spending time together, and every little detail—from the linens to the outdoor space—was clearly chosen with care. The location was peaceful and convenient, and the whole experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. It's rare to find a rental that actually exceeds your expectations, but this one truly did. We'll absolutely be back.

Such a Beautiful home!!! Clean-lots of cooking utensils-comfortable beds & I loved the master bath shower!!!! Only a few things that we could have had more of was wash cloths & bath towels…. We will be back for another week at Coastal Living. We have been coming to Carillon for several years now & this was the best house so far! Rosalee

Hidden Treasure

Carillon Beach is a Hidden Treasure. Gated Community that is close to the luxuries of 30A restaurants and eating them having your on private beach. This is a gorgeous new home that is on the Gulf Front literally 20 steps from the sand. I could sit here all day with the sunrise and sunsets

Beautiful Home

Coastal Living is the Perfect Beach Home with all of the Bells & Whistles that you would expect! Beautiful kitchen with a large selection of every kind of cooking utensil. Beautiful furnishings & my favorite was the Master Bedroom. The Master shower was unbelievable & I did not want to get out!!!! We NEVER RAN OUT OF HOT WATER!!! Thank you Amy for your prompt attention.

Beach Front is the only way to go

This the first time I have every spent the money to stay Beach Front. This house is amazing. Unbelievable to be able to sit on the porch or beach all day and take in the unbelievable views. Community has everything you can think of and I never had to even get in the car unless I had dinner reservations outside the community. 3 different pools to choose from. Basketball, Tennis courts. Carillon has it all. We will be back!!

A few things to consider for the future that are certainly not deal breakers but would make the experience exceptional: -blow dryer in each room -kitchen is beautiful but missing some basic cooking tools and supplies such as a cocktail shaker, platters to serve food for larger group, can opener that works, basic spices, and full knife set. -not enough glasses for the size of the house. The plastic cups are great but not enough of them so we needed to keep buying solo cups. We wanted kids to use only plastic cups. -WIFI is very weak and we had a few people that needed to do work zoom calls throughout the week. Perhaps an extender like EERO or Oribe would make a big difference. Thank you!!!

Carillon Beach is the Place to be

This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in years. We always visit 30A. BUT this time chose Carillon Beach. This is a gated community that is just minutes from everything on 30A. This is truly the best community we have stayed in while on vacation.

This home is so roomy and comfortable. The decor is elegant but casual. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation with family and friends. The neighborhood pools are great as well.
