Newly updated lakefront cabin located in the park like setting of Edgewater Beach Resort on beautiful Lake Taneycomo. You will enjoy an open floor plan and large covered deck with a private hot tub less than 20 feet from lakeshore. Enjoy the provided kayaks, a wide variety of wildlife, and fish from either your front yard or the 3 docks located on the property, or if you have a boat you want to bring we have a private covered dock slip that you can rent for an additional $30.00 per night! Let us know if you are interested and we will make that available for you. There are quiet coves for kayaking or canoeing. Paved biking and walking trails are next door at Empire Park, as well as an 18 hole disc golf course! An extra large crystal clear swimming pool awaits you in the summer. We are only 20 minutes to Branson and the many activities located there!

Clean and comfortable

Spring Break 2025

A great location, great views, outside the hustle and bustle. The cabin was clean and well stocked, and the owners provided great communication from start to finish. If we find our way down this way we would stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

My hubby and I were looking for a place on the water to relax and fish and this went above and beyond our hopes and expectations! First of all, the owners were so sweet, friendly, very helpful and extremely responsive and communicative! Secondly, the house was super clean! The hot tub was very nice and they provided everything we possibly could need! We couldn’t have found a more perfect place!

PERFECT CABIN! WONDERFUL LOCATION!!

We booked this cabin for the weekend for a mom’s getaway! The cabin was perfect! Clean, well stocked, and a great location next to the water! We loved soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the views off the back deck! It was the perfect spot for our getaway!

Fantastic

This cabin was just as pictured only better. Very clean and organized. Only suggestion would be nightlights in both bathrooms and new skillets for cooking. Weather was totally against us so we were not about to fish or kayak and this was a damper but a far as the cabin we could not have had a better one. We will be back

Great getaway

We had a great time staying at Magnolia. The property was nice and clean. Communication was excellent! Trout fishing locally was a blast. We'll definitely be back!

The view, by far, was the best. Charles's communication was superb. The small town near the cabin was cute and had some yummy food options. We will definitely stay here again!

Restorative

This is a great place to stop and breathe. Fishing didn’t work out for us but the cabin was so clean that someone with OCD would be able to relax. I’d recommend this cabin to anyone. They provided almost everything.

Great location

This was the perfect vacation house for my family. So quiet in the morning looking at the lake. The hot tub was fabulous and the house was modern with all the touches of home. We didn’t want to leave.

It was a great stay

We had a great time. The place was perfect. It was clean, quite and very peaceful. Perfect location, close to restaurants and sightseeing but nestled quietly away from busy highways. Loved it!

Beautiful Cabin!

This cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the back porch in the mornings while we drank our coffee! It was really nice looking out at the water. So peaceful! We would definitely stay again!!

Wonderfully, clean and cozy cabin

We really enjoyed the cabin & appreciated the cleanliness & amenities! The owners even gave suggestions to local restaurants! We even enjoyed the kayaks and took them out on the lake in December! The coffee pots & keurig were fabulous, the tv's were great, the stove was clean & hot water pressure in the showers were perfect. We appreciated there were some christmas decor. The hot tub is clean & easy access. I appreciated the handles & safety measures getting in and out! Truly we had a fabulous time and the cabin was wonderful!

Relaxing and fun

Fish right off back of property and docks, kayaks ready to go, watching the sun rise from hottub is very relaxing and peaceful. Neighbor hood is quiet and peaceful. Spill way dam just down the street and caught some stripped bass. Short trip into branson if you you even need to go. Will stay here agaun.

Peaceful Vacation

From the moment we booked until check out the owners we super helpful. Easy check in, with clear instructions. The location was perfect, the house had everything you could need and the view was amazing. The dining suggestions from the owners were spot on. We have been coming to Edgewater Beach Resort/Forsyth for almost 60 years. It is our little piece of heaven. We love to observe the wildlife, watch our grandchildren swim in the pool, ride our bikes down the paved trail to Shadowrock Park, and go kayaking and canoeing. We love being able to walk next-door to Empire Park with our kids and grandkids and play a round of disc golf. My grandparents have been taking me to the local Ozark creeks for swimming and rock throwing since I was a child. There is nothing better than a clear, Ozark creek in our opinion. We also love to sit on the deck and play games while listening to the sound of the fish jumping in the water and the call of the wild waterfowl.

Magnolia is located in the park like setting of Edgewater Beach Resort. The resort has only one entrance and has speed bumps along the entrance, which makes it very safe for kids to walk and ride their bikes. Magnolia is the most secluded of all of the cabins, with a border of trees on one side and the lakefront directly in front of you. Some say you can even cast a fishing line straight from the deck!
