While there is plenty to explore within walking distance, a visitor parking pass is available for street parking. Parking is zone and date restrictive and very limited. Public transportation is recommended. The unit is within a 3-minute walk to the 42, 43, and L2 downtown bus lines as well as a 12-minute walk to the Dupont Circle North Metro Station stop on the Red Line. Capital Bikeshare is a 7-minute walk from the unit and Uber or Lyft services are readily available.

Within the sunny, second floor condo (one set of stairs up from ground level) you’ll find everything you’ll need for your stay. The unit comes with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen Smart TV, desk workspace including a screen, HDMI cords, extension cord, office supplies, central heat & A/C, linens, towels, efficiency washer/dryer, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap, first aid kit and other toiletries. The space is more suitable for one person (couples can be considered).


Please note, pets are not allowed in the unit, and smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere in the building and outdoor common areas. If there is any smoking anywhere inside the building or apartment, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
