Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter boat fishing, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, one of a kind restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet mall, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

Overall the property was clean and conveniently located with excellent parking. Most negative feature were barn type doors on laundry washer/dryer that made it difficult to transfer clothes from washer to dryer. Also they came off their track due to dryer knocking them off and held clothes ransom until they could be realigned (not easy). Whoever decided to use these for this purpose has never done laundry.

103 feels like Home !

We had the most amazing experience staying at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze.The location was ideal—peaceful, yet close enough to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We especially loved [insert something unique you loved—e.g., the cozy fireplace, stunning views, private pool, etc.]. It truly felt like a home away from home.We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway

First Floor is a GAME CHANGER!!!

First of all, if this property ever becomes available to purchase, I would love to know about it. Second, I can’t say enough good things about this property. My family and I, had an incredible trip to Orange Beach for spring break this year. My family was beyond comfortable. All of the amenities were extremely conveniently located near our condo. Shopping was just down the road. Our neighbors were incredible and I’m so happy to have met them. The beach was as clean as can be and perfectly located. Other residents were extremely nice. The property manager is one of the nicest people we have ever met. We will absolutely be booking our next vacation for this property as soon as possible.

Worst place ever.

First off we walk in to a condo full of gnats. We contacted the property manager. Maintenance came over and poured bleach down our drains. The area rug looked like someone had puked on it. The floors were dirty and all weekend we fought off gnats which were in every room of the condo. Never again. Also, this property is listed as a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo and it is NOT!!!! Only two bathrooms. This whole unit was deceiving.

Over Rented Highly Disappointing Condo- HAVE MORE TO SAY BUT ONLY ALLOWED 1500 CHARACTERS

There was a lot about this property that I was not pleased about. Let me start with this... I took pictures of everything I am complaining about&if VRBO would have let me post them in my review I would have, but it doesn't allow pictures. Immediately upon checkin we looked around& could see how much this unit had been rented. The pictures on this listing are not up to date. The living room furniture has stains all over the cream chairs&food underneath the couch&all kinds of other gross stuff. The white walls have been beat to death&are scratched up pretty good. Our first full day we were there the main outdoor pool was closed for over half the day. When we asked the property manager she said the pool guy just dumped a bunch of chemicals in it&didn't mix it up. Later that day when it opened we let our 3 year old swim(with myself) because we assumed it was safe since it was open; almost immediately after getting out we both started itching terribly&my 3 year old had a red rash so bad we had to take him in and put him in the shower. The second day we were there we were woke up by jack hammering VERY loudly around 7:00 am. Little did we know that they were going to jack hammer almost all day long&tear apart the indoor pool (one of the reasons we booked here was for the indoor pool for my 3 yr old). It was closed the remainder of our stay&they had the front entrance to our room tore apart too! The 3rd morning we were there they cut the grass wet&got grass all over all of our items

Great family vacation

I want to start by saying We had a really great vacation overall! The location was perfect for our family! We were traveling with 3 kids, ages 8,4 &1. It was our first time to the area. The sand was beautiful and soft, not full of rocks/shells/seaweed. Pros: . Being on the first floor worked out great. Not having to go up and down the elevator to go to the pool/beach was a plus, because with kids there is always so much to carry, and someone always needs to go potty. The little grass area off the porch was nice for the kids to play in and the fact that the pool was fenced in gave us peace of mind. The unit seems to have been recently updated as far as new paint and furniture. There were USB ports in the nightstands. There were a lot of plastic cups vs. glass There was a security system that alerted you whenever a door was opened. The access to the pool and beach were so convenient Cons: *this is more for the property manager as feedback on things that would have made it a little better/things that need to be addressed. Overall it was clean. The surfaces of things were fine, there want any sticky spots or food residue, but the edges of the floor were pretty bad. It wouldn’t have taken much for someone to just spend an extra few min to go around the baseboards and corners to sweep up hair, dirt and dead bugs that just make a visitor feel a little grossed out. The front door didn’t always latch so you had to make sure it did when you left. The sliding door locks were really worn out and we couldn’t even get 2 of the 3 door to unlock to use them. There was no toilet paper holder in the master bath. There was no plug for the tub drain. More door hooks or something to hang towels up would be really useful, maybe even a drying rack to let wet swimsuits drip in the tub or on the patio would be nice. A broom/dustpan would come in handy. The kitchen “things” - Not that it really matters if stuff is mis-matched, but it looked like someone had gone to the thrift store and just grabbed whatever amount of things they could find. The pots and pans were so beat up and the random silverware was full of rust spots. The toaster was barely working with broken off knobs. All in all I would give this place a solid B+ and would definitely recommend it to a friend. Just a few improvements/minor adjustments and this place would be perfect for a family.

Close to the beach and pool!

Plenty of space for a family of 8. Nicely updated, ceiling fans in every room, close to beach and pools. Would recommend more pots and pans. We ended up buying a set to cook in. Maybe add a rack outside to place wet towels and swimsuits. Overall we enjoyed the unit and our stay!
