Great house for large group, good location

Hassle free rental. Quick response from owner. Very clean, some things left under beds & furniture but not an issue. Very, very nice accommodations. Would definitely recommend staying if you don't mind driving to attractions.

Our stay

Beside the damage of the previous renters, the house was great my grandkids loved it the rooms the availability the neighborhood all were great. I was able to be close to my grandson who I came to see graduate. Thank you Kami for such a beautiful place. Sorry they messed it up a little bit far as your wood and banisters go.

Florida Rental

This rental was ok but did not seem clean. Bathroom had a shower curtain that hung half the distance to the floor. We needed to buy toilet paper and the beds did not have a top sheet. It appears that a dog had chewed on the some of the wood trim in the house.

Spacious home

Owners are on point with communication. Home is very spacious, in a nice area. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting Tampa area!

The house was great everything was clean and nice. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful as well. I’m actually thinking about using the house again soon !!

Good stay, room for improvement

Very nice community, property, and house. Shane was responsive, and was very accommodating, even to our special check-in request. We did have some trouble with the access code to get in the house, which Shane did provide us a new one which worked, the code lock is glitchy, you have to type the code in really slow for it to work; I guess that’s the nature of technology (can’t necessarily blame the hosts). House was clean, though the trash from previous tenants (left in the garage as were the instructions) made the garage and kitchen area smell really bad. We were a family of 10 coming to stay at this house and there weren’t enough bath linens (wash clothes and towels) for each of us; we had to buy some extras ourselves. Also some furniture was broken when we arrived (living room coffee table).

Very nice new property!

Everything was great, and just as pictured on the listing! New property, owner was really helpful. Nice neighborhood, we enjoyed the location. Not the owner's fault (apparently it was supposed to be completed), but the neighborhood pool wasn't completed yet for our stay. Looked like it would be ready really soon though, so it's likely the next guests will have access to that.
