No Parties allowed, please. If it is discovered you are having a party you will be forced to leave and not refunded.

Parking:
Parking is available on the gravel driveway along the side of the house. If necessary, free street parking in front of the house is also allowed.

Sound:
-You are welcome to come and go at all hours, but please be courteous to our neighbors.

Smoking:
Please no smoking of any kind inside the house. Outside is fine just please pick up any cigarette buts.

Underage drinking
No one under the legal drinking age of 21 is allowed to consume alcohol on the premises.

RING Doorbell and cameras on exterior of property. House comes equipped with top of the line ADT security.

*Lawn Maintenance is bi-weekly but varies with weather.
Neither company will enter the home but they will have access to the yard to complete the services.
