Super Close to Short Sands Beach!!

The house is in a great location, only 2/10th of a mile from Short Sands Beach, local shops, fine dining, and amusements. Seas The Day is set back nicely from Main Street offering a feeling of seclusion & privacy yet the luxury of being close to everything! This great cottage is recently renovated with an updated kitchen, new flooring & new windows. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a bedroom on the main level. There is parking for 2 cars. There are 2 smart T.V.’s and Free Wi-Fi. For your beach-going convenience an outdoor shower is located off the back deck. This is a non-smoking property. The kitchen has a 2 person breakfast bar, small 4 person dining table, full size refrigerator and 4 burner propane stove and oven. Off the living room is a French door that opens up to a massive 400 Sq. ft. deck, perfect for barbequing, sunbathing, or just some Rest & Relaxation with family & friends. An outdoor gas grill is provided. There is also a hot and cold water outdoor shower for your after beach going convenience. It is our expectation that you bring your own towels, beach towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. 1 queen and 2 full beds. To access the oversized upstairs bedroom you will need to be able to climb very steep cottage style stairs. (I do not recommend anyone with toddlers or mobility impairments plan on renting this cottage to sleep upstairs). The bathroom is on the 1st floor and the stairs are quiet steep with no way to block them off from upstairs. We do allow 1 dog per booking with an agreement to follow basic pet rules and a separate payment of a nonrefundable pet fee of $250 per stay.
