Steps to Slopes at the Base of Peak 9 - 5 Min to Main St

Unit B-106 is located in the Lift Condominiums in Breckenridge and is just a short walk from Main St, the Village & the Quicksilver Lift (Peak 9) at Maggie Pond. The base of Peak 9 also includes ski school, ski rentals, The Maggie Restaurant, a wine & cheese store, a candy store, escape rooms, a yoga studio, & so much more. Not to mention we're also right across the street from the Breckenridge Ice Arena. Safe to say, once you're settled in then you won't need to drive anywhere!

The condo has been recently updated throughout. With over 1,100 sf there is a little bit of space for everyone. The Columbine / Lift community has 4 hot tubs, a heated pool, and a sauna all for your enjoyment after a long day on the slopes. Looking for other shopping and dining? We are located just a 4 minute walk from Main St and all the fun of downtown Breckenridge.

Great place, great location

We had a great time in Breckenridge and this rental was perfect for our four adults and three kids! We wished we had found the fans on the first night to keep the bedrooms cool but, other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family of 4 adults & 2 kids stayed for 4 nights. The property was as advertised, check-in was easy & Kat was available to answer any questions promptly. The location is perfect! The kids loved the pool & hot tubs!

Perfect Location

Just a short walk downtown, well stocked condo that was very quiet and comfortable. Pool and hot tubs are very nice. Highly recommend.

Hi Molly. We have to admit that we're sad to see you share those words in a review. We've already had 2 conversations with you about our updates and we're sorry that everything was not up to your standards. We purchased the condo in Nov 2021 and have since changed the bedding, the sleeper couch, the kitchen utensils, a new rug, etc. It's tough to do everything at once when the condo is continuously rented during the peak seasons, but we still have intentions of replacing chairs, updating the lighting and much more. Our photos are not trying to mislead anyone as they are exactly how our condo is laid out. Just know that we will always strive for our guests to have the best stay as possible, and we hope that you will give us another chance. Great Location and beautiful property!

Walking distance to Breckenridge Village for lift access, shopping, and dining. Property was clean and easily accessible. Management answered all of our concerns and provided a clean and beautiful condo. Highly recommended for skiing with families. Definitely will stay again!

Perfect location

We brought our family of 4 (with 2 kids under 5) and were happy with the location and amount of space within the condo. Enjoyed going to the pool and hot tubs daily. When we needed help, Kat responded right away.

Wonderful family vacation.

House is exactly as described and better! Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, a firmer memory foam mattress with great sheets! The pillows were fluffy so if you prefer a firmer pillow bring your own! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Very thankful we found this place!

Great location!

The property was clean and had all necessary amenities. We love the location of The Lift, close to Main Street and an easy walk to stores and restaurants. The ceiling in the condo is concrete, which makes it look unfinished and somewhat dirty. Very easy to get ahold of owners if needed!

Great location

We were able to walk to Main Street where we had lunches and dinner. The unit is very well stocked with everything we needed. We were surprised however that there was no air conditioning. But the mountain air did cool off in the evenings. Great place!

You hit the nail on the head with location and that's exactly what enticed us when we originally purchased the condo. It's just so nice to be able to park when you get there and never really need your car again. In regards to the A/C, we too love things to be a cool as possible as well, but unfortunately it's pretty rare for any homes to have A/C in the mountains. It's just not cost effective in the area and frankly it's not really needed. Once that sun goes down, it's nice to open the windows and get that fresh mountain air :) Thanks again for staying with us and please let us know if we can help with anything in the future!

Quick Ski Vacation

Fantastic location and updated property!

We had a fantastic experience! The location is tough to beat - easy access to the slopes via Maggie Pond and walking distance to all things in town. The unit is nicely updated and sleeps 6 comfortably. If additional guests are up for sleeping on the leather sofa, there is good spillover in the large open living room. Note: the “sleeper sofa” is not a full pull out and is incredibly firm - our guest preferred to sleep on the large leather sofa instead. All in all would highly recommend this property. The owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early due to the unit being cleaned and ready. Location is truly tough to beat!

We purchased this condo just before the season and have been making some changes as we go throughout the season. We appreciate your feedback on the pull out couch, but we do need to point out that it does in fact pull out to a full bed. Not sure if you guys had trouble getting it set up but we do provide sheets and extra blankets if it wasn't too comfortable. Great location but it lacks

The condo had great proximity to shopping and the Breck experience. I simply could not take one more night on either of the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable and the king size bed was impossible. The draperies and blinds were very difficult to adjust and consequently the condo felt very stuffy. Of note, the carpet was gross. Trip hazards existed every time you exited a carpeted area. The furniture was very uncomfortable with the leather couch being almost impossible to get out of. It was broken down and sank low to the ground. On a positive note, we did have quick responses from owners when issues arose with accessing the property.

Hi Tavi. We appreciate your taking the time to write a review, but quite honestly we are a little thrown back by some of your feedback. We've owned the condo for less than a year and have made numerous updates throughout. The bedding is all new and we are actually having the blinds & window shades replaced next week. We do agree that those white shears were a terrible design and I'm not sure why any previous owner would want those. The good news is that they will be gone, and we will then have simple pulldown blinds from there on out. We aren't quite sure what you mean by tripping hazards but we'll have our maintenance team take a look. We do appreciate you choosing to stay with us, but in the future please don't hesitate to let us know asap if something is not up to your liking. We would've been happy to have housekeeping or maintenance come take a look at the bedding, but we didn't hear anything but positive feedback from your texts during your stay. It didn't look like the pictures. The place needs a makeover. There was a hole in the flooring, the pans were horrible,molding was missing, the jets in the bathtub didn't work. We didn't know it was on the second floor. My daughter is in a boot, so it was hard for her and bringing the luggage up the flight of stairs was difficult. The lighting was harsh in the bedroom and I didn't expect to see a cement ceiling with exposed pipes. The place was not clean, there was popcorn on one of the beds, the dining room table was dirty, there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor. The patio had trash in it and the table should have been wiped down. The pool was very dirty with bugs but the jacuzzi was nice. The rugs were very old. I would not stay there again.

Hi Lydia. We have to be honest in that this review broke our hearts when we received it. We never want to hear that guests didn't enjoy their stay, and we were even more surprised because we didn't hear from you guys at any point during your stay. Had we known of any issues then we would've been happy to have housekeeping and/or maintenance stop by the condo. As far as any false advertising goes, the photos are exactly what our condo looks like. We purchased it in November 2021 and have been making various updates (new bedding, new pillows, new couch, new utensils, new coffee maker and other various updates). Our plan is to continue making updates as we have time between guests, but again we are truly sorry if you felt misled by any marketing. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about the structure of the building, but I'm curious if you simply had the lights dimmed in the bedroom? Regardless, we want to thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we will do our best to spruce things up even more as we go. We wish you nothing but the best and have a wonderful summer!

Fall getaway

We enjoyed our fall stay in Breck. My husband commented that the condo was even nicer in person than in photos, which is rare. Location was convenient—just a short walk to Main Street. The pool and hot tubs are an even shorter walk from the condo. Pool is heated and warm enough for kids to swim in with the ambient temperature in the 60s. Hot tubs were great to soak in. Condo was cozy and comfortable. The smart TVs were great for the kids to stream shows. Kitchen worked well for our needs, but the dishwasher and oven are small, and there are only 2 burners on the stovetop, so don’t plan to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. I’ve read in previous posts that the owners are making updates as they go along. My only complaints would be older cookware (no good pans for cooking eggs, though even nonstick pans don’t stay nonstick for long) and the mattress on the queen bed was uncomfortable. My husband had no complaints, but I didn’t sleep well on it. Hopefully that mattress is the next item to be replaced. The king bed was quite comfortable. I can’t speak about the bunk beds myself, but my kids slept well and didn’t complain. Kat was very responsive and very pleasant. Overall, it was a great condo and great experience.

We have made a lot of updates and changes in our first year of owning the condo and our next phase of updates was already going to be a new mattress and a new set of cookware before the season gets going. Great location, great property, many nice touches

We can for 5 days of skiing. We did nothing but eat in, ski, then retire at night. The condo had many nice touches: great art, great layout, lots of kitchen cookware, serve ware, and a well stocked coffee bar area. The living room had several cozy throw blankets. The starters for many items were well stocked: dishwashing soap, paper towels, laundry soap, etc. Loved the hot tubs nearby after skiing. The property was a 5 min walk to the lift. So so convenient! The downfall was unfortunately for us a pretty impactful one: all of the beds were very uncomfortable. I’m not a very picky person with beds. I feel these mattresses do not fit with the price point we paid for this rental for a week. In the master the mattress sloped down towards the head. We turned and slept with feet towards headboard. We found ourselves rolling also into middle. The teens tried the Queen and twins. The queen was the best of all options, but not up to par with a luxury rental. We tried to pull out the additional bed in living room but the one piece wanted to roll out away from the couch part. The leather couch was where my kids crashed most nights. It’s very comfortable but not really an ideal sleeping option. The bottom line is that if you need a good nights rest after active days on the slopes, I’d keep searching if beds are not updated. We also found it to run warm. The temperature was set pretty high upon our arrival. It took awhile for it to come down, and noticed air temp was often high red than we set thermostat. It’s clear that this group has a lot of great ideas for property rentals. I’d suggest a guest sign in book, new mattresses, possibly something for entertainment in master (tv, speaker, books…) and then it’d be hard to beat!

Hi Jessica. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review and we are glad that you guys enjoyed the skiing and relaxing each day. However we are a little disheartened to hear about the bedding. Literally everything is brand new (sheets, bedframes, pillows, etc) and we had new high-end mattresses installed just this past December. The only thing I can think of is that maybe they aren't broken in yet or that everyone has a different taste in what's considered a comfortable mattress. As you can imagine that's tough to hear after spending quite a bit on new bedding. As for the heat goes, all I can tell you is that almost no homes in the mountains have A/C. However that's why we keep portable fans in every bedroom and most guests enjoy simply cracking the windows for fresh mountain air. We are going to consider adding ceiling fans at some point in the future, but it's a little tricky with the design of the condo. We do thank you for staying with us and we hope you have a wonderful 2023!

We stayed two nights here. Enjoyed it very much. The pools and hot tubs were down and the extra relief parking lot towed our vehicle because they decided to paint the lot on Monday without notice. Great place to stay but some amenities we not 100% great.

Hi Sam. We can't thank you enough for staying with us but we are so sorry you had to deal with any of those issues. The pool and hot tubs are always down for 2 weeks in May while they do maintenance before the summer season, but we thought we mentioned that when you booked. As for the parking, we were never given any heads up that work was being done, but that's a big no no in our eyes? Were you guys parked in our actual parking space? We ask because that is a covered space and shouldn't be in the way of any paving/painting. However if you were parked in someone else's space then they would definitely tow due to the limited space for parking. Please let us know or else we'll follow up with you if we don't hear from you.
