Vacation in style by choosing Lake A Lot for your next Finger Lakes destination. Nestled in the trees, this inviting, spacious, and warm home on the west side of Canandaigua Lake offers unforgettable views.
Tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and colorful artwork, this home provides an open concept living space with cathedral ceilings. The sliding glass doors and lake-facing windows make this the perfect spot for enjoying one of the best views of Canandaigua Lake!
The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large island for preparing meals. Take a seat on the stools around the island to spend time with friends and family in the kitchen. A large wooden table allows for plenty of space to sit and enjoy a meal together. The grill on the outside upper deck also allows you to make your dinner with a wonderful view!
The living room area offers quality, comfortable furniture, and Smart TV. Just off the great room, the deck and screened in porch can be found. With a large table offering another location to share a meal with an incredible view of the lake, rain or shine. Relax on the outdoor couch and chairs on the deck while you enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the hills and water.
Just down the hall from the great room, the master bedroom can be found. Offering a queen size bed and sliding glass doors that retreat onto the upper deck.
Downstairs features an additional two bedrooms and bonus living area. Through the sliding glass doors of the bonus room, there's another lake-facing deck where you can relax on the hammock and enjoy the views.
An exterior staircase leads you to the lake where you'll find a large dock with Adirondack chairs. The boat house allows you to escape the sunny afternoon while still taking in the view and enjoying the sounds of the water. A mini fridge can also be found inside the boat house along with numerous water toys.
This home is conveniently located minutes from downtown Naples, where local and tourist favorites like Hazlitt Red Cat Cellars, Inspire Moore Winery, West Hill Preserve, Joseph's Wayside Market, and Monica's Pies can be found. Travel 20 minutes north to downtown Canandaigua where you can enjoy boutique shopping and fine dining at the New York Kitchen or Nolan's on Canandaigua Lake. All renters will be subject to New York Penal Law 240.20 or any successor statute regarding disorderly conduct.
Littering is illegal.
All fires must be attended.
There shall be no use of, or trespass upon, lands of neighboring houses or properties for any purpose at any time.
The use of fireworks and firecrackers of any kind are prohibited on the rental property.
No recreational vehicles, travel trailers, tents, or other temporary shelters shall be used in conjunction with a short-term rental unit to house guests, tenants, or other individuals on the premises.
Please note: Children are included in the maximum occupancy.
NOTE: Your safety matters to us! Lake A Lot has exterior security cameras. The cameras do not look into any interior living areas.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
