‱ This home is a duplex with an occupied unit on the 2nd floor which includes the shared usage of the outdoor shower & trash area.

Other things to note:
‱ Must be 25+ yrs old to book.

‱ Pet policy: Max 1 dog under 50lbs with breed restrictions. Must disclose breed and weight of dog prior to booking in message to host. This must be verified. The dog must be house trained. Must add dog on guest reservation page prior to booking reservation which will include $100 pet fee. This is for your dog to occupy the property as a guest, not used for additional cleaning and/or damages. The dogs must be house trained. Absolutely no other types of animals other than dogs which includes emotional support animals due to severe allergies no exceptions (please find other accommodations). The dog must never be left unattended or must be crated if left alone. Guests are responsible for providing crates and puppy pads if leaving for an extended period of time. Excessive barking is prohibited. This will be met with a friendly warning and must be rectified immediately. The dog must be leashed at all times when walking along the property for community safety. The dog must be taken off premise for bathroom use with immediate pick up or subject to additional cleaning fees.

‱ All staying or non staying guests must not exceed 7 during the entire stay due to fire and safety ordinances. This will be verified prior to guest entry, throughout stay & upon checkout.

‱ Early checkin and late checkouts even when available and reserved are not be guaranteed. If available, $25 for early checkin 2pm and late check out 12pm. Extended late check out please ask. Failure to check out on time may results in $50 late check out penalty plus for each twenty-four (24) hour period (or any portion thereof) that you overstay, an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly listing fee originally paid.

‱ No smoking (cigarette, cigar, marijuana and/or vaping) of any kind inside the property. Detection monitors inside the unit. $300 smoke remediation deep clean charge for damages, immediate cancellation and guest removal from property. No smoking permitted on the property grounds.

‱ No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor/ bachelorette style parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises.

‱ Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. Decibel detection monitors located inside the premise. Violation of noise ordinance will be met with a warning. Failure to heed warning(s) may result in cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and/or physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises.

‱ Prohibited from 2nd floor use area.

‱ Beach sand must be removed by outside shower or outside hose prior to entry.

‱ All guests are encouraged to purchase travelers insurance and must review cancellation policy prior to booking.

‱ Please understand this is not a hotel. This is a small duplex family oriented home. Please respect the owner above to ensure communities use & enjoyment.

perfect size, so close to the beach, friendly neighbors

We had a great time with a kid and adults hanging out on the back porch, the outdoor shower and walking back and forth to the beach. Very comfortable bed and cozy living room and kitchen. We will come back!

Great place to stay!

Stayed with coaches for a cheer comp in AC. Perfect location to be away from the strip but close enough to get wherever we needed to be in 15 minutes. Wonderful home, super comfortable for everyone to unwind and enjoy time together, and I would definitely stay there again!

Love this house

We stayed at this house in April for 4 days. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and in close proximity to the beach. The house also have everything appliances wise that you will need for your stay and the host is responsive. My kids walked to the WAWA daily; and it is a 3 mins drive to the dollar store, ACME, CVS etc. We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic!

We stayed last minute in August from Sunday to Friday. Located in the quiet North end of the island. The accommodations were perfect! House was clean, most amenities were provided (bath towels, sheets, hand soap, makeup remover wipes, paper towels and toilet paper (to start). Kitchen is fully equipped. Living room has SmartTV so we watch mostly anything. Beds are comfy, ceiling fans in all rooms to circulate air. AC had an issue while we were there - property managers were extremely responsive and AC was fixed and running within hours of notifying. Was very happy and will hopefully stay again!

Great, quiet family getaway

The location of this house was great for us as a family looking for a quiet getaway - super close to the ocean but away from the busier areas of the beach scene. 30-minute drive to Ocean City for a quick trip to the boardwalk. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The available beach chairs were a big plus, and there was a wagon we could have used to carry toys, etc. Definitely would stay here again if we visit Brigantine in the future.

Family of 5 with 3 young children

We booked this property last minute as a getaway for my birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well maintained the property was. It’s a very close walk to the beach (no lifeguards) but it was great to be able to walk to and from the beach with our young children. The covered patio was great for eating meals and hanging out. We enjoyed our time!

Fall Weekend in Brigantine

Booked stay here for golf weekend trip to AC area with friends. Property was very clean and spacious enough for four (4) of us. Hosts were gracious and left welcome note and snacks. Would book again.

My family and I have been vacationing in Brigantine since the 70's. We finally were blessed to become owners in 2005 and have spent the summers on Brigantine's beautiful beach making many great memories with our children and extended family. We have been Premier Hosts for our other property before we sold it and are now renting out our current property when family is not using it.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the location of this property because of the short dunes at our beach, making our house far closer to the water than the South end beachfront properties. Being on the first floor, and only one floor, is extremely convenient. Brand new kitchen, flooring, modern furnishings, and open design all make it such a welcoming place!

Well-stocked kitchen with everything a cook needs. All bed linens, bath and kitchen towels provided.
