The highlight is the heated, illuminated saltwater pool.

The surrounding area offers bicycle trails, jogging parks, tennis courts, and five Rotonda golf courses.

Because the owners live here part of the year, the home has been designed with every detail in mind.
In the entrance area, you’ll find a slate pool table with professional cues.

The kitchen is equipped with a premium coffee machine, an induction cooktop, an oven with convection and air-fryer functions, and a wide range of high-quality pots, pans, and baking utensils. A wine and beer cooler is also included.

In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a dedicated office with a desk, ergonomic chair, and laser printer (print/scan/copy; 100 pages per month included).
A German- and English-speaking property management team is available at all times.

A karaoke machine can be provided once a week free of charge, and a boat can be rented upon request.

For tenants renting for more than 30 days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included at the landlord’s expense.
A final cleaning upon departure is required and paid by the tenant.

For security reasons, cameras are installed at the front of the house, in the garage and in the technical area; they do not monitor any private areas of the home.
