The location of the unit was perfect! Close to the pool and gym. The home was nicely decorated and clean. Very welcoming. The amenities were so well thought out. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

We had an awesome time staying in this unit! Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently and although the elevator didnât work for the majority of our trip, it was sort of out of anyoneâs control.
The reviews and destination are spot on! We spent most of our time on the big island out and about seeing beaches and towns and waterfalls. It was the perfect condo to come home to at the end of the day! Perfectly clean, very specious and nice furnishings. The location was great to launch from for driving tours or some of the best beaches on the island. Also great restaurants and coffee shops easy to walk to or a quick dive.
Great location - on site right across from pool and gym, off site - easy walking distance to Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops. No traffic noise even though you're very close to everything. Fan in the master bedroom was not working and it took a few days to get it fixed. Overall, the condo is really quite lovely, peaceful, and spacious.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.
OK... So you don't have an ocean view; but, you have a well-manicured golf course and peek-a-boo mountain views. So you don't have a 5-star restaurant onsite; but you have an outstanding well-appointed kitchen, multiple restaurants literally across the street, and Lava Lava Beach Club a short walk away! There is no comparison for short or long-term stays on the Big Island with easy access to Waikoala, Kona, Waimea, and Hilo. I already booked next year!

We were so pleased with this condo! It was even better than we could have hoped for. Top floor, quiet, spacious, plenty of linens for home and beach. Beautiful balcony overlooking golf course. Comfy beds and cozy couches. Ceiling fans and central air kept the place just the right amount of cool. Beautiful private grounds; this condo is super close to one of the two swimming pools on the property. Pool, hot tub, gym all easily accessible and never crowded. Easy to find and ideally situated near Queens Market and the Kings Shops. Already planning our return to Hawaii and "our" condo!
Very spacious condo, with high ceilings. The space was very cozy, which my family and I loved hanging out at the end of our busy days. The condo is centrally located on the big island which allowed us to explore the whole island in just a couple hours of driving. Close to nice shops and restaurants, which the ladies enjoyed. Near beautiful and fun beaches, and the beach chairs, sunbrella and boogie boards got used plenty. We cooked breakfast daily and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook any meal we wanted. The property management made check in and check out very easy. They also offered concierge service which we didn't utilize because we already had plans laid out, but the concierge service offered many of the activities we had planned, and I would of saved so much time using it. We highly recommend this condo.
Spacious! Plenty of bath linen. Nice to have use of garage where beach chairs and toys are kept.
Great for 2 couples or family w/2 kids sleeping together. Comfortable for staying in or going out. Good island location, central to everywhere. Abundant food (groceries, prepared, restaurants), plus beaches and hikes are all nearby with short car ride. Nearest beach, 15 min walk; 3 min drive.
Beach Villas no. 32 is 100% as advertised! Clean and cozy, walking distance to everything and managed wonderfully. Check in and check out were easy!
A very small recommendation would be for twin beds in the second bedroom but that would not stop us from coming back!

Close to everything you can imagine - close to grocery store across the street and galleries and shops galore! Easy access to Hilo cross island highway. Clean, lots of room and the balcony overlooking the golf course was perfection!
