Great location

Close to Dollywood and easy to navigate the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The property has nice amenities and was well managed. Great spot for a family vacation.

Beautiful property, perfect location and wonderful staff! Had a bathroom with no hot water upon check in but was fixed within an hour! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacay Spot

We loved the location of the condo! Right in the middle of all the attractions. Short ride to Cal Ripken (which we were there for) Great condo, no complaints other than our jacuzzi tub did not work, and back sliding door didn't function correctly. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Overall it was fine. The location was convenient and close to shopping and entertainment. One negative was that the entire facility lost power the last night. Neighbors above were very loud. Lots of banging and stomping the last night.

Heavenly Smoky Mountain Summer

Cautiously trusting the pictures and description of Family Heaven, on-line, my husband and I booked accomodations for ourselves and my husband's visiting family from Italy....7 in all! It did not meet our expectations....it WELL exceeded them!!! Everything was clean and beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains, and plenty of on-site activities for all!! Also, the staff was great! Truly wonderful from start to finish!!

Location was misrepresented. Having to drive to pools on dangerous roadway. There was no fireplace .

Inside clean. did not have walkways or restaurant as advertised. People above us sounded like a herd of elephants ,waking us up in the middle of the night.

Pretty good

We chose to stay here because of the proximity to everything. With two small children we wanted to be close to the activities. This was very close to Pigeon Forge, restaurants, and grocery shopping. The pools were good, but the second time we went it didn’t appear to have been cleaned and was pretty gross. The condo itself was perfect for us. Plenty of space to make meals and for the kids to play, and the beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the on-site playground as well. The only thing we did not enjoy was being hounded upon check-in to attend their seminars and purchase a timeshare. We had just driven 8 hours with two kids and they’re trying to get us to buy another trip as soon as we got there. Overall though, it was good and we would stay again.

Pleasant stay

Really enjoyed our stay nice clean place. Living room furniture was nice but not comfortable and needed another seat. A big sectional would be ideal. I will come again and recommend it to others. All the amenities were very nice.
