Our 2nd floor/top level, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury condo with loft is tastefully furnished with modern decor and features an open, airy design with floor to ceiling windows.
Smile as you awaken in hypoallergenic bedding and remember you are in the mountains. Sip coffee bathed in the natural light of the living area as you plan today's adventure. Take in the crisp mountain air, scenery and peak views from the private balcony with seating for four. Kick up your feet in the living room in the glow of the fireplace, enjoying picturesque views. Relax while the kids retreat to the loft to play or watch tv. Create memorable meals in our thoughtfully appointed kitchen.
Enjoy the luxury of parking and the convenience of storing your winter equipment in the attached, heated one car garage, getting you on and off the slopes quickly.
Fox Run at the Terraces is perfectly situated for both beginner and expert winter sports enthusiasts and is truly ski-in/ski-out. The Terraces complex is located in the Meadows ski area, steps from the Sunshine Express (Lift 10) and Chondola (Lift 1). Enjoy easy access to Mountain Village Core via the free Chondola (Lift 1) operating during winter months.
Fox Run at the Terraces is close to it all but far enough away to feel like a serene escape to the mountains. Biking and hiking trails are found right outside the door. During warm months, enjoy a beautiful hike that leads to Mountain Village Core where the free gondola takes you into town or use the free scheduled bus service that connects the condo to Mountain Village Core and Market Plaza. On demand free dial-a-ride service within Mountain Village and Mountain Village Core is also available to guests (except shoulder seasons).
A simple stairway leads to this 2nd floor/top level residence that comfortably accommodates six and is best suited for couples, families with up to 4 children, or 2 smaller families traveling together. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, smart TV, workspace, and ensuite bath with shower, bathtub and bidet. The second bedroom holds a bunk bed with a full XL mattress over a queen size mattress. A full bathroom with shower is located just outside of the bunk room. UNLIKE ANY OTHER LOFTED UNIT IN THE COMPLEX, OUR BUNK ROOM HAS A DOOR FOR PRIVACY. A spiral staircase leads to the loft which contains a twin daybed and smart TV. Curtains provide the loft with privacy if needed. Find in the well equipped kitchen, a gas range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, walk in pantry and all the dishes, pots/pans, and tools we think any chef would need. Coffee lovers will enjoy the Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, french press and frother.
Additional parking for one car is available in front of the garage as long as the road is not blocked and a parking pass displayed (found in the residence).

SMOKING/ALCOHOL/DRUGS
Absolutely no smoking in the residence or building. Smoking in our home, will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee in addition to cost for any damages to the residence or building. Yes, marijuana is legal, but the same rules for smoking tobacco apply to marijuana use.
No vaping, illegal drugs or under age drinking is permitted anywhere in the residence or on the premises.
NO PETS
Pets are not allowed with our guests per the HOA of the building. An additional $500 pet cleaning fee will be incurred in addition to the cost for any damages to the residence or building.
QUIET HOURS
Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Please include correct number of children and adults during booking. The maximum number of overnight guests is 6. Additional overnight guests will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation at a rate of $125 per person per night.
PARTIES/EVENTS
Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Parties may lead to immediate eviction with no refund. Guest will be billed for any damages to the residence or building.
CHILD SAFETY
Our place and location are perfect for families, however do keep in mind we have an open loft and spiral staircase and our residence has not been kid proofed.
FIRES
No candles or fireworks on the premises.
FIREARMS
Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises in accordance with State and local laws.
SHORTENED STAYS AND CONDITIONS
There shall be no refunds due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.
PARKING
Additional cars may park in front of garage space or in other unreserved spaces but must not block road and must display parking pass. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
ACCESS TO PROPERY BY HOMEOWNER
Guest shall allow Homeowner, or designee, access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
RISK
All units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
LATE CHECK OUT
Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged a fee of $75 per half hour, up to 2 hours, then $1000 per night plus any lost revenue from cancelling the next guest will also be charged.
By booking our place, you agree to these rules and involvement of law enforcement for eviction for overstaying if not arranged in advance.
