This gorgeously renovated 2 story house has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and can hold up to 13 guests (only 10 adults). The porch has rocking chairs and a porch swing perfect for lounging out front with friends. The home is beautifully decorated with bold trimming that compliments the original charm of the home. There is plenty of space and seating throughout the house, so whether you want to hang out with family and play games or have a home-cooked meal, there is plenty of space for everyone! There are two full kitchens (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs). There is also a 12 cup drip coffee pot and single cup Keurig with a starter set of coffee, so the whole group can stay caffeinated! The house is also within walking distance to "The Strip" and Downtown Tuscaloosa, where you can find plenty of restaurants to eat, if you don't feel like using the beautiful kitchen!

Downstairs:
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Each headboard in this home's bedrooms are custom made! The first bedroom has a King bed with a TV & attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, also with a TV & attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside of the half bathroom there is a farmhouse sink that is original to the property and keeps the Southern Charm of Tuscaloosa! Downstairs also includes a cozy living room, dining room, & a spacious kitchen!

Upstairs:
The upstairs floor can be accessed through an interior & exterior entrance. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a King bed. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack-&-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the other has its own bathroom. There is also a living room & TV, kitchen with appliances & all the utensils you will need-bar tables & chairs.

If needed rollaway beds can be arranged:
- 2 Twin XL rollaway beds Upstairs (one can go in back bedroom, the other can go in room with fireplace.)
- 1 Twin XL rollaway bed Downstairs (would have to go in the living room)

Fire up the grill and enjoy a little pre-game BBQ! You’ll find grills, utensils, and a cozy fire pit — just right for relaxing with friends and family. The backyard is shared with the neighboring Oak and Magnolia homes, so please be kind and courteous to other guests.

Need extra room? Ask about The Chestnut Event Space! It’s perfect for group meals, tailgate parties, or simply kicking back together. Add it to your stay for an additional fee. Call or textto reserve!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.*
