Enjoy a game of foosball, relax on the oceanside screened porch or unwind in the hammock. The oceanfront walkway extends all the way to the beach providing easy access to the sand and surf.
Inside you will find plenty of games, books and extras to keep everyone entertained.
The home has 7 bedrooms and 7 full baths. The layout includes and upstairs with King, Queen, 2 Twins with Trundle, 2 Twins. The main floor has a Queen. The ground level has 2 bedrooms with a Double and a Twin in each with exterior entry.
The name EZ Does It, is a nod to a memorable engagement in 1977 on a boat of the same name adding a special touch to this already charming property.
