Lovely GROUND FLOOR unit (no stairs!) poolside condo at The Dawn Condominiums in Galveston, TX. Spacious 825sq ft, can sleep up to 5 (4 comfortably). Perfect for a getaway or an extended stay. Recently renovated, part of a fully gated oceanfront community. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Free Highspeed WI-FI with TV + Xfinity cable.
Well equipped kitchen. Full size washer & dryer.
Bedroom w king bed, queen size sleeper sofa. There is also a folding twin size mattress available in the closet for a 5th person.
Professional cleaning team is following CDC guidelines for disinfecting between every guest stay.
The pools, hot tub, and fitness center are open and available year round. The smaller clamshell pool is located by the front office. The larger lagoon style pool boasts a hot tub and grilling facilities.
I also provide beach towels, pool floaties, beach toys, board games and a Shiatsu Massage Cushion Chair Pad is available for your use after a long day of work or play!

*There is a parking fee, to the HOA office. The fee is $40 incl tax PER vehicle for 1-3 nights & $50 incl. tax PER vehicle for 4+ nights. This is not our fee, it is an HOA fee. It is for parking, pool, and gym access for the entire duration of your stay, regardless of length. We want to make sure anyone renting knows this prior to your stay.
Other things to note: Close to Galveston attractions, such as Moody Gardens, several fishing piers, Schlitterbahn water park, The historic Pleasure Pier, the Historic district with the Strand shopping area, post office, gallery strip and a variety of dining and shopping opportunities and of course beaches, beaches, and beaches. Wal Mart directly next door is within walking distance. The Galveston trolley system is currently operating as well (see their website) - it picks up and drops off at all local bus stops along Seawall Blvd. and is $1 pp and does a transfer to The Strand at no additional charge, - returning back you will pay an additional $1 pp (see hours of operation on their website).
