This classic mountain abode is your next home away from home in Telluride. Enter up a set of stairs to the spacious great room and living area where the fireplace, seating area and fully equipped kitchen await your group. Pull up to the breakfast bar for your morning coffee or enjoy a home-cooked meal with new or old friends at dining table surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax in front of the fireplace after a full day of adventures, whether it was hiking, skiing, or shopping. The second level features a king bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower. You'll find two more bedrooms as you progress up the stairs, another king bed, followed by an open loft room with captain's bunks (twin over full). The second full bathroom also features the unit's washer and dryer for your convenience. If you're looking for a homey feel with all of the creature comforts and a stellar location, Telluride Lodge 326 is for you!
The complex also offers communal hot tubs. (Lodging In Telluride does not manage hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).

Great location with easy access to lift 7. Down town Telluride in close walking distance. Grocery market just a few steps away.

Amazing location and beautiful, big space

We just loved this apartment. It was so convenient for getting into town and a 2 minute walk to the lift. Nice hot tub and gorgeous, clean, modern apartment. We lived cooking and hanging out there. We will stay again!

Great property - convenient to all of Telluride’s treasures, steam showers are an added delight, comfortable beds and snuggly fireplace. There’s only 1 parking spot, but the team was very helpful getting us an extra town park pass.

Perfect location. Walk to downtown and shops and restaurants. Close to chair 7 and Gondola. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks Telluride! We will be back!!!

Great place and location

I recommend this condo. Close to lift 7 for 200 foot walk to lifts and short stroll to town. All walkable. Nice place and clean. Steam room in both showers a nice plus for after a day of strenuous skiing (as we did) or other mountain sports. Will look to stay here again when come to telluride.

Long Ski Weekend

GREAT location - literally 1 min walk (in ski boots) to Lift 7, and 3 minute walk to the beginning of the downtown attractions. Cozy condo with everything we needed. Super responsive property manager. Had one issue with leaking bathroom sink pipe; was fixed almost immediately.

This property is very clean and the beds are comfortable after a long day skiing! It’s an easy walk to dt telluride and the gondola. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot for a ski vacation

We loved this condo. Great views, good location for skiing (short walk to lift 7) and the condo has been nicely redone. The property itself is a bit outdated, a fresh coat of paint and new carpet in the hallways could go a long way. But that wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything, only one parking space a hindrance. No locks on bathroom doors . Beds were good, but no door on upper bedroom.

This was a great basecamp for our trip to Telluride. Super-close to Clark’s Market and the Cimmaron lift area. The lodging agency was very hospitable, knowledgeable, and responsive. Special shout-out to Nancy from lodging services!

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (someone always smells it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
