Newly upgraded and perfectly perched in the heart of town, this lofted getaway is more than ready to assist in making the best memories here in Mammoth Lakes! The main level will be the hub for entertaining with a large living area featuring a 32' flatscreen TV, DVD player, and partial view of pool/spa! Don't worry about having to head out for dinner, as the full kitchen and dining table for four have you covered for mealtimes. Plus, you can get a bit of fresh air as you step through the sliding glass door that leads to an open patio and access to a lawn/garden area. When it is time to hit the hay, the upper level includes a full bath and semi-private bedroom with a 32' flatscreen TV, DVD player, and access to the private balcony that leads to outdoors. When you want to have a bit of fun in the sun, the pool and spa are very close where you can read a book in bliss as you tan. The fresh paint, new floors and carpet, and free WiFi really complete the interior of this abode. Plus, there will be no better way to end each day than sitting by the wood stove with a warm cup of cocoa in hand!

This charming mountain retreat boasts a prime location only one mile away from Mammoth Lakes, which means entertainment and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away. Mammoth Mountain (six miles away) offers the chance to try several outdoor activities that include skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and more! The Snow Creek Golf Course is nearby as well if any of you would like to try and practice your swings.

Condo 40H was a perfect little condo for the price!

The condo was cozy and clean. No issues during our stay. We checked in after dark and forgot they provided a map of the property so it was a little hard finding the specific unit in the dark. But love that the condo we booked was centrally located, close enough to our parking spot but good distance away to have some privacy from the parking lot. Also, was perfect distance from sauna, pool and jacuzzi! Very satisfied with our stay!

I wanted to like this condo but as soon as we opened the door we were hit with a strong mold smell. We thought we would make the best of it, but everyone in our family got sick from it. Blocked sinuses, soar throats from nasal drip. How do I know it was just the mold? Because when we went outside and we were better. When we got home, our bags reaked. We had to put everything outside until we could wash it. I strongly recommend you take care of this problem. It was awful for us and it ruined our stay. We had no choice and no where to go. This doesn’t even cover other issues like poor heating system and terribly uncomfortable beds.

dags Mammoth Summer Trip

The Condo itself was nice and served it's purpose but the complex was a bit of a disaster! The pool was green which I assumed was an algae build up of some kind - I would have liked to use it since it was in the mid 80's. Tried to use the spas but one was down and the other would not heat up. The Grill area was dirty and the grills themselves were filthy. They were repairing sprinklers (which is good since the complex was a dirt lot. The irrigation workers were loud and blasting their music so it made it difficult to take an afternoon nap after fishing! We have stayed in this complex multiple times and have never experienced this before. I would blame it on a huge winter but we walked two other complexes and they were in good shape.

Not a good value, desperate need of updates

I'd skip this one as it's pretty run down (bathrooms are circa 70's/80's) and the place feels old and dirty. It was not a good value for what we paid.

Bright and sunny. Plenty of space. Great location.

This was my first time staying in Sierra Park Villas. It’s definitely one of the best complexes in town, and this spot is great. The layout of the space means you have two walls of windows with multiple outdoor porches, providing tons of natural light and an airy, spacious vibe. This is a great space for everything from a solo adventure (my stay) to a small family or group of friends. Definitely recommended.

The unit is centrally located to most everything, including ski lifts, groc stores & other amenities. The owners have thought of most everything forconvenience inside the condo. The hosts(vacasa) are very attentitive & responsive.
