The arrival of our stay was smooth which was nice, but the Condo was very outdated and in one bedroom their was not a overhead light only two lamps on night stands which neither of the light bulbs worked and I called to have replaced but no one ever came. I ended up buying two myself to replace. None of the bedrooms had extra pillows or blankets which wasn't good. I think if the Condo was updated and fully stocked with necessary items for your stay it would be somewhere I would entertain booking again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was great but that was about it. The couches were very uncomfortable and the seats on the bar stools were filthy. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was very annoying so we couldn't use it while we were sleeping. The dryer had a live cockroach in the lint trap.

Family Beach Trip- Very Nice!!

Just a short walk across the street! The property was clean and well maintained. Now our particular condo was not really clean. It needs to be updated and painted. The 2 sofa beds, which we needed were not usable. They were broken. Although, it was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.

Space needs updating! View is lovely

This unit in particular could use a little bit of a makeover. The walls and trim were could be painted and a few holes need fixed. Views better than condo itself

One of couch beds are broken as well and is unusable. Also there weren’t enough blankets so we had to go buy some. Majestic Sun is great but the unit we stayed in definitely needs an upgrade.

Nice large condo with 3 bdrms/3 baths. Down side - mattress’s need replaced, balcony furniture has only 5chairs and is worn, condo is generally dirty(floors, walls, shower walls). We will definitely return to this area!!

Quick Trip to the Beach

The unit was dated, needed a deep cleaning (dust on the ceiling over the fans), and had furniture that wasn't very comfortable. However the view was awesome, the amenities and location were hard to beat, and we had a good stay.

Disappointed in Condo 514A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo I rented was a big disappointment especially for the money paid. The dishwasher didn't work, the couches/sofa beds were broken down and could not be slept on, there was no curtain or even blinds on the sliding glass door in Living Room, several of the chairs at dining table wobbled, the Master broom sliding door did not work, the sheets on one of the beds was the wrong size and kept coming off and the Master bedroom tub would barely drain and the condo itself was not kept up.Also table on patio was broken.

Great Location-Horrible Condo

There were no blinds in the living area. Sleeper sofa was messed up. Kitchen was not well stocked with pots, pans etc. Not enough sheets/blankets for sofa sleeper. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Tons of space, beautiful view, but no blackout curtains

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tons of space for everyone. It was great to have so many bathrooms. The living area was comfortable with room to relax. There are no curtains in the living room and no blackout curtains in the bedroom facing the beach. As a result, the room is very bright at 6 AM. The unit was clean when we entered with the exception on the master bedroom. There was sand in the bed which made me think the sheets had not been changed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. In hall bath found 1 dirty towel and 1 dirty hand towel (previous occupant??) Threw them away because we didn't know who they belonged to or how long they had been there.2. Thought silverware was clean started to use found 1 crusted over spoon. Thought it was an oversight put in dishwasher then found 2 more 3. Whole unit had 2 small bars of soap. 6 people? You could have left 6 small bars. No dish towel or dish washing liquid. 4. You should leave at least 2 bath cloths, 1 towel, and hand towel per person. You really should not have to wash clothes the second day of your stay.5. Balcony furniture definitely needs to be updated.6. No blind on balcony window in living room.7. Master bedroom had sheet for a curtain and a Moldy ceiling.8. Air conditioning vents need cleaningThe whole property needs a deep clean. Floors appeared to be cleaned with dirty water ---grimy around the edges.The small appliances and kitchen supplies need tobe updated. Coffee pot especially.Coffee cups were extremely stained.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were overall disappointed with the property. To start with there weren't curtains in any of the rooms and no blinds period in the living room or the bedroom with the balcony, which meant 100% light all the time. The pool even reflected into the apartment at night. 2 of the 4 TV's did not work (in bedrooms 2 and 3), 1 wouldn't power on and the other had a big black bar missing in the center of the screen. One of the beds had sand in it before we ever arrived, and was dingy which means clearly the sheets hadn't been changed between guests. The overall property was unclean when we entered as we swept a sizeable pile of dirt, sand, and hair up before we ever hit the beach. The kitchen utensils were dirty (food caked on them) and rusted and the coffee pot was a mess. The living room wall had a spot where they had been repainted with similar, but not matching paint (granted that could be forgivable). The patio furniture was extremely weathered, one of the wicker chairs even had a giant hole in the seat and was unusable. The toiletries were not enough for 10, let alone 8 adults for a week, only 1 roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of TP, and 2 trash bags which required us to go buy our own. We understand sand happens, as it's a beachfront property, but the unit was gross and clearly hadn't been prepared for guests. The overall property (Seascapes) was beautiful and the view was amazing. But if you rent this property, beware, you're only paying for the view and proximity to the beach, not a fancy place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views were unbelievable! The corner unit really added to the beauty. Unfortunately, the condo was in what I would consider poor condition. Molding was broken off the walls, the light cord to the fan in the main bedroom was missing, the bedroom furniture cabinets looked like it came from a second hand store. There were dirt marks on the ceiling in the shape of a fan circle and the blades didn't look like they had been cleaned for years. Thankfully, the bathrooms appeared clean. If we weren't intown for a large event we would have left and asked for a refund. If you like wonderful views and don't mind the appearance of your condo, then this unit is for you. We didn't think it was worth the price.

Reviewer Comments: We reserved condo 514A, as soon as we entered the room we were totally disgusted. There was a dirty wet towel in the closet, goldfish crackers on the floor, mold on the curtains, sand in the bedsheets, the air conditioner roared like a train. After spending 24 hour complaining to management we were move to room 501A which was very nice and clean.

View and Location out of this world!

Reviewer Comments: I was a little aggravated that they did not notify me in advance that I would be unable to check-in early even though I prepaid for an early check-in. They did however refund the $100 but didn't offer to compenate us for the inconvenience. The master bedroom patio sliding glass door was stuck and extremely difficult to open. It was perfect for our family. We especially liked the inclusion of the chairs and umbrella daily. We are not "artsie fartsie" people, so the outdated decor wasn't an issue for us. The balcony overlooking the pool and Miramar beach was great. One hot tub wasn't working and even though they claim a heated indoor pool, it was not. We had a great time as it was a very handy location.
