Sierra Park Villas is a charming townhome that promises a delightful and convenient stay in Mammoth. Nestled in the heart of the town, this bright and spacious residence is a hub of activity, providing easy access to all the attractions Mammoth has to offer.

The townhome is strategically located with the added convenience of a free trolley system stopping right in front, ready to transport you to various destinations around Mammoth. If you prefer exploring on foot, Old Mammoth Rd. is just a stroll away, offering a plethora of incredible restaurants, shops, and entertainment options.

The townhome boasts a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Two year-round Jacuzzis, a large summer pool, and onsite laundry facilities ensure both relaxation and convenience. The upgraded interior features two bedrooms along with an enclosed and expanded bedroom/loft, providing ample space for guests. The west exposure captures the warm afternoon sun, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Abundant windows bring the outside in, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding views from one of the three decks.

For added comfort, a wood-burning fireplace is available, not only heating the entire condo but also providing a romantic winter ambiance. The fully stocked kitchen invites you to enjoy meals at home, and the townhome is very kid-friendly with plenty of games and a pack 'n play for babies. The location was perfect and the property was beautiful and well maintained. It was very comfortable and perfect for our ski trip. I would happily stay here again.

The parking lot should be restricted to guests only, that was the only issue we had when we stayed there. Great overall experience, planning to go back soon.

Great Condo

We loved our condo and location. We used the Jacuzzi & Pool everyday and laundry twice while we were there. The condo had all the kitchen appliances and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this condo to family and friends. We would stay here again!

A great place to stay! We stayed in #17 and the place appeared to be recently remodeled. Very cozy. We've been staying at the Sierra Villas every year for the past 25 years. Love it there. See ya next year!

Easy & Comfortable

The booking, check-in, and check-out we're very easy. The location is great-- we walked to go grocery shopping and eat out. We enjoyed the spa on site and the property is very well kept. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with equipment and tools and there were plenty of towels etc for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the place--thank you for sharing!

Nice place. Getting the entry code took a bit of digging (but it was there in the link to the app when I looked carefully enough). It is a little bit worn, but was clean and we would stay there again.

Family Stay

The location was wonderful, the living area and kitchen great and there were some necessary items that were very helpful and 2 of the bedrooms were great. Unfortunately, we needed another bed for 2 and the sleeper sofa for one person just staying one night. The "double " bed described for the loft is actually a trundle bed that kept collapsing on my daughters partner. Also, there were no sheets for the bed. They moved to the sleeper sofa but were hoping for a more private space. You can not beat the location - we were there for our daughter's wedding, (she lives in Mammoth) and this was a perfect spot.

Center of everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Literally down the street from the market, brewery, coffee and the Village. The snow resort is so close by also! The stay had a lot of kitchen utensils which was nice. Everything was super kid friendly and child proof. Parking was easy. The 2 bedrooms were spacious with the top nook/game room. Would definitely stay here again but just bring toilet paper. No extra spare. Everything was straightforward and easy to navigate through. Very thorough

The property needs work, interior and exterior painting, dry rot deck, barbeque was filthy. The facility smelled of overpowering "pine sol" when we arrived, had to air out, dirty finger marks on all walls, kitchen floor not clean. It was a beautiful summer season, but upstairs window with no screen unable to open without bugs, call to property manager on day one, never heard back. No hand soap in bathrooms. Presentation book was a nice family story, but presentation very unprofessional, a single piece of lined paper to leave comments, and comments left February were in regards to the missing screen which was still missing?? I have rented many VRBO's in several states, perhaps it would be helpful for the owners to rent a VRBO and get a feel for what the renter is looking for. This was the worst presentation I have experienced. I intend this information to be constructive. The location is great, within walking distance to everything.

Nice parking, but property is not in great conditions

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is located in a perfect parking area. Cabin is big for a party of 5. There are 2 rooms to accomodate 4 people. However the loft on the top to accomodate another person is not good since there was no heater on the cabin. There was a portable heater on the first floor that we tried to move to the loft, however due to the dimention of the house it is not enough. There were issues with the electicity and we did not have electicity in 1/2 of the house the whole time we were on the cabin. Since the elecriticy issues were not resolved, we have to cut our vacation by one day Also we did not have internet for the first 24 hrs since the owners forgot to pay the bill.
