A beautiful, family friendly post-and-pier home in a prime location next to the Grayton Beach State Park, Dune Watch offers incredible Gulf and Park views. With 2,460 square feet (1,789 interior), Dune Watch sleeps up to 12 and offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, parking for 6 cars, and a short beach walk (approx. 20 minutes) to downtown Grayton icons The Red Bar, Chiringo’s and The Zoo Gallery.

Dune Watch has just undergone a total renovation, completed in May 2024 and is BRAND NEW inside and out. There is a bed swing underneath the house to enjoy an al fresco afternoon nap, and the covered front porch offers the Absolute BEST VIEWS of the sunsets over the Gulf and State Park!
