The location was close to the easy beach access and steps to one of the pools. Morgantown was perfect. Definitely will return to this location.

Perfect Location and Lots of Room

This was our first time in Alabama and the Ft. Morgan area. We couldn't have asked for a better location and accommodations. We were steps from the boardwalk to the beach and right across from the pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly as expected and check-in/check-out were simple. I would certainly stay here again!Weloved every minute of our stay!

Awesome Location

We were very impressed with the location of the home. Very close to beach access and the pool. The community is very nice and quiet, beaches were not crowded at all. We had a few questions before our trip and they were answered very promptly. Communication was great. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The livingroom furniture isn’t great, but it was good enough for us. The beds were so comfortable. The walk to the beach is short. There is lots of area to park. We also enjoyed the porches. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay however Furniture very worn, torn and stained in places . We had an issue with roaches in the kitchen ,which I realize is hard to control in this type property Mattresses really need replacing in 2 of the 4 bedrooms

Family Vacation

The house had plenty of room for our family of 9. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Lots of cookware, dinnerware and kitchen gadgets. Outside shower was a plus. Short walk to beach and pool across the street. Jen at Coastal View was great with keeping us informed and answering questions. No complaints.

Nice house

The house was nice and in good shape in general. We liked the decks on either side, East and west, use one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. The walk to the pool was short, the beach a little further but not bad. The house is right in the middle of Morgantown so the beach, at the beach access, can get a little crowded. I think this house is a good value.

Being able to bring our fur baby is what made this house perfect - the beach and area is dog friendly. Jen was great at responding to any need/question. We recently stayed at a beautiful beach vacation house, and it was everything we had hoped for and more! The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach, with stunning ocean views right from the porch. The house itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-furnished with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze, and the open living area was perfect for spending time with family. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. Three large balconies with comfortable seating was ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee or wine enjoying sunrises and sunsets. There was even a grill for a perfect beach barbecue. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after long days of sun and surf. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to local restaurants and shops. The hosts were very responsive and provided great recommendations for activities in the area. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another relaxing getaway! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene, beachside retreat.

Wonderful Spring Break

The beach was one block and that gave the sandTime to fall off and not get in the house.The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful when the fire alarm kept going off the first night. I called and they fixed the problem in 15 minutes! I highly recommend Kokomo rental.

We had a wonderful time - great views and each of the porches came in handy during different times of the day and evening. There is some wear & tear on the house (broken/loose steps at the back, loose doorknobs, etc.) but we felt the property was priced accordingly. The home is for sale and I hope the next owners spruce things up before we come back to stay here again (and we certainly plan to do so!).

Reviewer Comments: I rented the house but, because of foot surgery, was not able to attend the planned family vacation.If there had been an elevator or even a cargo lift, I could have attended. However, my kids and grandkids loved it. It was convenient to the beach and pool, the decor was lovely, and the kitchen well stocked. A real plus was that it was pet friendly. They definitely want to go back!

One Week in Paradise!

Even though it rained part of every day, we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool and the house while it rained. Plenty of room for all of us. The furniture in the living room could (should be) updated but it was comfortable. And a new grill would be useful. The one there is not usable. Overall, we had a great week and I would consider this rental for a future vacation!
