This 3-bedroom home is located in desirable Morgantown, so you'll have access to two neighborhood pools, a kiddie pool and two lighted tennis courts. In addition, there are several beach access boardwalks, including one just a few houses away.
The Space
This recently remodeled home features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances as well as solid surface flooring throughout. The owners have done an exceptional job of making the home beautiful but also inviting and comfortable.
The primary bedroom sports a king-sized bed and private bath complete with double vanity, shower and jetted tub. A second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and uses a hall bath. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk and private bath. Tally Ho very comfortably sleeps 7 guests.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
