Not sure a rental has ever felt as much like home. Everything was organized, labeled, and thoughtfully stocked—from a well-equipped kitchen to bath towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, bug spray, and even a spot above the dryer for things you may have forgotten.The easy walk to the beach, front porch sunrises, and back porch sunsets made our stay even better. Being pet friendly was a plus, and the welcome box—with treats for our dog, too—was a thoughtful touch.A great spot for crab hunting with the kids and my little buddy’s first beach trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for your hospitality!

If you are looking for the perfect pet friendly home to stay in THIS IS IT. This was our 16th year of staying in Fort Morgan and this home will definitely be one that we will check on every time from now on to see if it's available. From the location to all of the extras it was one of the best if not the best we've stayed in. We brought a whole hitch basket full of beach chairs and toys and never even took them off because there were things for us to use that was even better that our own! Everything in the kitchen is labeled-everything! Air fryer, crock pot, Keurig, any utensil you can think of and even a bluetooth speaker! All we honestly needed was our swimsuits and groceries! The walking distance to the beach was short and the front and back balconies were nice to sit on and feel the breeze at night. We absolutely loved this place!

This place was fantastic! They have a little bit of everything for your stay. After a long 17 hour car ride, the home was inviting and in immaculate condition. The kitchen and laundry closest was labeled with everything provided to make it easy to find. The views of the sunrise/sunset from the furnished front and rear decks were one for the books! Quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach! They even had cart with some supplies for you to use! Communication with host was always timely and kind! 15 out of 10, will definitely be back!

One Month Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at Fins and Flamingos for a full month and had a great time. House was clean fully stocked and good location to pet friendly beach. Found a great welcome box upon arrival that was very helpful. We will consider returning in the fall for another stay.

Fins and Flamingos is Fab

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mother-daughter trip for a pair from DC and another from Birmingham, AL. Experienced some bad weather, but the charm and comfort of the house kept spirits up. The kitchen is very well equipped, which is nice because dining out involves fairly long drives. We preferred eating in anyway. The beach access is convenient, and we loved being able to see between the houses across the street to the ocean from the front porch. We took long walks and were fascinated by the turtle nests and volunteers tending them. The walk up on the Bon Secours point nearby was magical at sunset. Construction next door was a little disturbing but overall tolerable. We had a wonderful time.

Great Beach house

We enjoyed the house. It was perfect for us with the enclosed deck with a great view that made it easier taking care of a 2 year. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and the kitchen had everything you would need. The property manager was excellent!

Ideal location

Very pleased, every kitchen tool and appliance you could possibly need👍 Games for a rainy day, like the updates throughout the property. Outdoor decks and furniture are awesome. Will stay here again!

Better than the pictures.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was stocked with everything we needed upon arrival. Everything was clearly labeled on where to find things which made my brain very happy. Very clean, comfortable beds- and loved the view. Will definitely stay here again. Very happy with finding this gem.

Spring break 2023

Our vacation was amazing. The view from the deck was perfect for sunrise and sunset. The beach was not crowded. The house was great. Can't wait to come back! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

It was quiet on the weekends but sucked they are building a house across from this one and of coarse they were really loud during the week. I loved that it was a short walk to the beach and we saw Dolphins on the first day!!

We would 100% stay here again. Communication with property manager was excellent, house was clean and adorable, view was incredible! Zero negative things to say!! If there was a pool we would never stay anywhere else. We certainly will be back 💖

Perfect family vacation spot

Cute, comfortable home with a short walk to the beach. Amazing views of both bay and gulf. We had groceries delivered for the week, the home had every amenity you could think of- there was absolutely no reason to leave if you didn’t want to. We enjoyed a few nights out exploring and dining out as a family- the house was a great foundation to build memories of a lifetime! Thank you!

Great Location

This house was the perfect spot to spend every day for 6 days on the beach. The beach is so close we would only take drinks with us, and walked back to eat lunch. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you needed. We had some difficulties with the fridge that by the 3rd time the maintenance guy finally got us up and running. In the meantime the property manager did bring us a cooler and ice with some food that we had lost. The sunrise and sunset on the back porch was so beautiful and a must see. The beach was very beautiful and clean.

Getting in and out of the driveway during the day could get a bit tricky, but only at times. They are building a new home across the road. Workers and suppliers was there alot. We were in the area last month for a week and had driven buy several times and knew what to expect. Thanks for a great week!
