This is an amazing property with a premier location within walking distance of the beach as well as many great dining options. South Haven is a wonderful town and this home is a perfect option to enjoy it. The property is very well kept and the host provided great instructions and prompt communication. Highly recommend!

Everything was really nice- especially the upstairs master bed and bathroom-however spiral stairs leading up to it-very challenging! Location was awesome. WiFi was iffy-especially last two days. Communication was quick and helpful. Would recommend!

Our stay was great! You could see Lake Michigan from the front. The beach was beautiful as was the sunset! The location serves as a great retreat if you just want to stay in the area or as a home base as you explore the surrounding areas of Michigan. Overall, very satisfied with our stay!

Here's a smoother, polished version of your review:We've stayed here several years in a row and always love coming back. The house is adorable and conveniently located just a short walk from North Beach and the concession area.The only thing to be aware of is the spiral staircase. It's quite steep and narrow. It wasn't an issue for our family, but it could be challenging for anyone with mobility concerns. Fortunately, there is a bedroom and a full bathroom on the ground level, which is a nice option for those who prefer to avoid the stairs.Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay, and we look forward to returning each year!

The best beach vacation spot! Being able to walk everywhere was a real plus. Very clean and comfortable home. The host has thought of every possible need! We can't wait to stay here again and again!

Incredible location in sight of the beach and an easy walk to downtown. Really comfortable beds, very clean, great kitchen, outdoor grill and lounge space. A few of the overhead lights and ceiling fans didn’t work but the house stayed cool without them and they weren’t a deterrent from our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet spot to relax with friends and family

Great property and well located. The Sunset Mimosa met all of our needs. It is decorated lovely. We had Sunset Mimosas before we left. A great way to end a weekend trip!

Great Home in Perfect Location

We spent 2 nights here during a family vacation that also included Chicago. The house was perfect for enjoying the beach and Lake Michigan. The beds were super comfy and the home was very well appointed with amenities.

The location is great and the house is well stocked but the circular stairs are pretty onerous and there were some slight cleanliness issues.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was the perfect size for the four of us and felt so comfortable and welcoming. Everything was very clean and thoughtfully provided from the fully functional kitchen to the beach chairs to the softest bath towels. We were able to make all of our meals in the house. Having two parking spots was also a huge bonus and made things so much easier. Kim, the owner, checked in via text message and was very attentive. One thing to note is that to get to the second floor, there is a very narrow spiral staircase. It's is noted in the listing that you should pack duffel bags and not suitcases because the suite cases will not fit up the stairs. My daughter forgot to pack a duffle bag and had a very small carryon suite case. It was a very tight fit up the stairs. You really can’t beat the location! We loved being just steps from North Beach and having the balcony with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. Easy walk into town for shopping or drinks at Captain Lou's. After watching the sun set at the beach, we enjoyed sitting around the gas fire pit together. We always stay in this neighborhood, so we were especially excited to find a place available during the one week we could all get together. We had such a great stay and are already talking about coming back next year. We’d happily stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Mimosa. Very clean, tidy, and cute! My elderly grandma (87), parents, husband, and 2 children (2 & 7 months) fit comfortably. Property manager answered every single text in such a timely manner. It is just steps from the beach and playground on the beach (bonus for the kids!). We hope to visit again!!!

Perfect South Haven location!

This house is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation. The neighborhood is so ideal for walks to the beach or river, or walks into town to shop or eat. We loved the easy access to everything and the easy communication with the owner. They were accommodating and checked up on us via texts and messages. What more can I say, the place was simply great! You will not be disappointment with this place if you choose to book it. We will likely book again if we travel here in the future. Thank you!

The best ever

This is the best VRBO property we've booked so far. The house is very upgraded. Starting from the coffee machine and TV soundbar, towels, soaps, pillows, etc., everything is luxurious. The location is extremely convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Kim for providing Mimosa ingredients! We'll try to book for the next summer in advance.

Sunset Mimosa wonderful

My sister, cousin and I stayed at Sunset Mimosa for several days. The location is amazing. We walked to the beach several times a day as it is only a 4 minute walk. We sat on the balcony and looked out at the water while drinking coffee in the morning. Easy drive to downtown South Haven, The instructions were very helpful by alerting us to use small luggage or duffle bags to easily get up the winding stairs to upstairs bedrooms. We loved our stay. There is even a beautiful fire pit on the patio we used one night.
