Welcome to Southernmost Inn on Pine Island! Come and enjoy a relaxing stay on the water in our "Hook Studio". Compared to any other Inn in St. James City we can honestly say, "If you had stayed at the Southernmost, you could be fishing already!" Avoid the ten to fifteen-minute boat ride up the canal's "no wake" zones.

Hook is a studio with a queen bed, sitting area, and kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. So, it is perfect for a short or long stay. The bathroom has a walk-in shower for easy in and out. Our boat dock is right off the unit as are the beautiful sunsets over San Carlos Bay. There are charcoal bbq's along the dock and a fish cleaning station available. Slips are available for your own boat or a boat can be arranged as part of your stay, both for an additional charge.

There is a full kitchen with everything you need to enjoy making your own meals, or you can go right next door to The Waterfront restaurant. There are also many other restaurants in the area.

Great views! You can sit and sip your coffee and enjoy the water view while sitting in the screened lanai. You will see many forms of Florida wildlife! There is also a small sandy beach a one-minute walk from the property.
