Welcome to this spacious GROUND floor golf villa at Cypress Bend in Barefoot Landing Resort. Light-filled end unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable NEW furnishings with large flat screen tv, washer/dryer, and screened-porch overlooking the community pond. Relax with your morning coffee on the screened patio. The kitchen includes essential appliances, dishware, cookware, glasses, utensils, & everything you'll need to prepare a meal. Dining area seating for 6 and barstools for 2.

This unit is located on the 1st floor, end unit, so easy front door parking. The condo is pet friendly and requires a $300 non-refundable pet fee/per pet. 2 DOGS ONLY and Maxiumum size 40 pounds.

All three bedrooms include TV's. Master bed is a queen with ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo). Both of the guest rooms share the hall bathroom (tub/shower combo) and consists of bunk beds (2 full size) and one double bed. Your reservation at this great rental property includes your bed and bath linens, beds freshly made before arrival, a starter kit of paper products, as well as your departure cleaning.

The sunny community pool is in the center of the complex, but close walking distance to this unit. There is also an outdoor charcoal grill station by the pool. All BareFoot Resort guests also have access to the grand, one-acre pool at the Barefoot North Tower Resort, located by the marina. From about Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Barefoot Resort communities are offered a FREE beach shuttle to be dropped off at Windy Hill Beach, near 48th ave S, or the North Tower Pool, or at Barefoot Landing's retail shopping and dining center! No traffic or parking worries for you.

At SC beaches, NO beach badges are required. If you choose to drive, the Windy Hill beach is approx. 2 miles away, where you can park at any public access parking lot, for $4/hour. If you need beach supplies, then umbrellas and chairs can be rented thru our NMB city beach services (set up and taken down for you daily on the beach) or we can recommend a local rental service (cheaper) that will bring any items to your door and pick them up again at departure. This local vendor also offers items such as bicycles, baby cribs, as well as beach essentials.

Just minutes in any direction of NMB, are restaurants, theaters, attractions, entertainment, shopping centers & outlet malls to fulfill your vacation needs. Locally, you will be delighted with everything Barefoot Resort has to offer, from golf, dining, shopping, entertainment and attractions, all within minutes of your condo. Barefoot Resort hosts four championship golf courses: Fazio, Dye, Love, & Norman. The 2300-acre master planned communities are nestled in a lush green paradise, just across the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway.
