NEW BUILD
The "Rooftop on 10th" is a luxury vacation home in the historic Hope Gardens/Germantown neighborhood of downtown Nashville. Located about a mile to Nissan Stadium, Broadway and Bridgestone arena, it is just a quick drive (or car share) away from the bustling nightlife of downtown! The Nashville Farmer’s Market, State Capital, Bicentennial Park and Tennessee State Museum are all within walking distance.

SPECIAL FEATURES
TWO well appointed master bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. No need to flip a coin to see who gets the master!

Multiple outdoor entertainment features including a large front and back porches, brick deck with grill next to a beautiful lighted bocce ball court and a rooftop deck with a fireplace and stunning view of nashville.

During your stay you will have the entire house to yourself. This includes:

Girlfriend trip and birthday

5 mothers and 5 daughters gathered here for a birthday celebration! We had a great time and made possible by wonderful hosts and home. The house was very spacious, clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Highly recommend this property

Great place

House was beautiful with plenty of space for our party of 5. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of nice touches made for a wonderful weekend. Nice walk to bars and in a quiet neighborhood. Bocci out back! Fun.

Amazing time in Nashville for the CMA Fest. The house and the host were great. The home held 8 adults comfortably. The location is up and coming - A quick uber ride to Broadway and Nissan stadium.

Great Choice

We had a great stay at Hope Gardens! We loved everything about this VRBO. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, a very well stocked kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor space is fantastic. There were treats and beverages on every level of the three story home. Such a nice touch!!!! The owners conveniently live next door and are so nice and accommodating!! Would love to stay here again!!

Great house. Images in the listing are exactly what it is. Clean. Well stocked from the kitchen to bathrooms, thought out small items that made us feel at home. Super organized, detailed instructions, easy to figure things out. Reached out to owner a couple times, they quickly responded and helpful.

Hope Gardens - clean, well prepared

Our only complaint about the property was that we didn't have enough time to utilize and explore all of the wonderful amenities and features that the property had to offer. The location was very convenient to downtown and worked fantastic for following and watching our marathon runner participate. The kitchen and living area was extremely comfortable and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the little touches of preparation, including snacks and drinks which made it feel like home from the minute we checked in. Everything was clean and new and as advertised in the listing. We got to spend some time with Gerri, who was super friendly and supportive. He made us like if we had any problems he would be there to help us out. However, we did not have any issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay at this property on our next visit to Nashville.

Mike and his guests were absolutely wonderful. Easy to talk with and someone you just want to stay at your house. They kept the place so clean we hardly knew anyone stayed. We would absolutely host Mike again and recommend him highly to any host.

Best Place in Nashville!

Pictures don’t do this rental justice. It was very well kept. Nice and tidy. Neighborhood was very quiet. And the master bed on the first floor- the most absolute COMFIEST bed I’ve ever laid in. It felt like sleeping on a cloud. 😍 I have recommended this rental to many of my friends 😉

Perfection at the top of their game!

From the moment you open the door you're in awe of it's beauty and open floorplan. So many nice touches throughout the home and a well thought-out guide, bulletin board of recommendations, we truly felt it was a home-away-from-home. The hosts are so accommodating and spectacular, this place can't be beat! Quick Uber ride to Broadway, Farmer's Market around the corner...but the backyard and rooftop deck make it hard to leave! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Nashville perfect place

Gerry and Kathy, Your rental unit was perfect. We loved how close you are to downtown when we went out. Plus you were so close to grocery and liquor stores for the nights we had a few friends and family over. The fireplaces were a big hit. And, your attention to details like make-up mirrors, hair dryers, stocked Keurig coffee maker, snack jar, plush bedding were really nice touches. Great job! We highly recommend your place. Perfect place, perfect location

Dear Kathy and Gerry, We were in town and wanted to stay an extra night. Where we were staying was booked, so we found you on VRBO and decided to stay with you at the last minute. What a find! You have a fabulous property. Your furnishings are beautiful and unique. The beds are luxurious. You have any appliance imaginable. You are so close to downtown. The location was perfect, close to all the places we wanted to see. And the view from the roof-top deck is fantastic. We love it! We travel extensively and this is one of the best places we have ever rented. You guys gave the place the perfect personal touch. We will definitely stay with you when we are in Nashville again. Fabulous Birthday Getaway

This property is fantastic! Convenient to all our Broadway activities and a quick 15 min ride from airport, photos do not do it justice. We had (7) 50+ ladies for a girls’ birthday weekend, bocce ball court out back, back gammon and a great open area upstairs, lovely gas fire place in living area as well as the rooftop deck. It was a bit chilly in the evenings so we spent most of our time sitting around the large dining table drinking wine and enjoying each other’s company. The host, Kathy, was there to welcome us and show us everything upon arrival, she was very responsive with questions. We feel blessed we were able to be the first guests in this beautiful home! Thank you very much for an amazing stay! P.S. Beds were ultra comfortable as were the pillows and I’m particular.

There is about a one mile radius of downtown that houses a vast majority of the well known entertainment venues, i.e., Broadway Honky Tonks, sports complexes, museums, TPAC, Bicentennial Plaza, restaurants. The property is located in the Nashville Downtown District within that radius. It is close to Vanderbilt, the Parthenon, Marathon Motor Works (music, antiques, eateries, breweries), Publix, Whole Foods, Krogers and much more. You will be two and a half blocks from an Old Town Trolley Tour bus stop (The Farmers Market) so you can walk to the stop, tour Nashville all day, and get dropped off a few blocks from "home" to get ready for your evening activities. You are as close to centrally located as you can be with just enough space to take a break from the crowds if needed.
