Blue House in Smallwood NY, Year round, 2-bed in Catskill Mts
Nestled in the Catskills Mountain region, between the Delaware and Hudson Rivers in the community of Monticello. Insta @bluehouseofcatskills offers a year-round retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Spectacular stary nights, wildlife in the backyard, hiking trails, swimming and skiing all a short drive away. The Blue House is a wonderful getaway for all to enjoy. Modern and contemporary design the Blue House offers comfortable king and queen bedrooms and a spacious living area.
In a word, serene. The Blue House is nestled in a small community of seasonal and year-round homes. Walking is highly recommended around the community to see the variety of historical homes. The Blue House offers a spacious living space with two bedrooms. We have a sofa bed as well for additional guests. The kitchen offers a coffee machine, fresh coffee, and a beautiful sitting space to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while watching the deer pass by in the early morning. The rear balcony has a dining table and bench along with fresh herbs for your cooking pleasure. There is a small fire pit at the rear of the house you are welcome to use, but be mindful of dry season regulations. Also, there is a baby pen and bassinet for families traveling with infants. We have tried to make our home a baby-proof. There is a toy box under the TV kids can plant with as well. Fast internet, Disney+ for the little ones. Netflix for adults to enjoy as well. Bedrooms offer closet space, lockable doors, both soft and firm (non-feather) pillows for comfort, and super cozy bed sheets.

This waiver extends to themselves, all occupants of the house, and any visitors of the guest who may utilize these amenities. In consideration of the facilities provided by the host, I explicitly agree and contract on behalf of myself, my guests, my family, and friends accompanying me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, that property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees shall not be held liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me or my guests on or about the premises or as a result of using the mentioned equipment, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the owner, host, cleaners, or co-host.
