Sip morning coffee on the front porch, furnished with chairs and a swing. Your quiet retreat is a quick stroll to the free city bus stop, which runs every 20 minutes to the mountain. Or, walk to downtown Steamboat Springs in four blocks to discover tasty food and cool bars. Spend time in nature at Yampa River Botanic Park, about a mile away. Picturesque Fish Creek Falls is an easy hike in less than three miles with gorgeous views of the falls.
This peaceful, light-filled home has a private patio, den, and living room to provide ample space for your crew. A modern sectional and plush armchair surround a 50â TV with a sound bar. Unique artwork and an ornate rug add color to this expansive space. The sun-soaked den has a comfy couch and contemporary chair. Read by the warmth of the gas fireplace.
Sweeping granite countertops and subway tile backsplash line the large, well-equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances include a side-by-side fridge and gas range with a griddle.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed and a living area with a futon and 42â TV. A skylight brightens the room.
A washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and Bose Bluetooth speakers
Please remember that the yards will be covered in snow most of the year.

This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning.
All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
